And your so right, God gives us emotions so never hide them it helps through your grief, when my mom died I cried and cried and still do to this day it’s been 7 years November 11th 2015. It changed my life losing my sweet momma.
I just heard of Bible Gardens. I learned from Rosie's Bible Journaling channel. which led me down a rabbit hole. God led me here today, because I need this!! I am going out tomorrow to get a small bible to do this in. I have a journaling bible but always felt bad about covering the scripture, but I see this is more for spending time with a small area of God's word and then create a "garden" around that verse(s). Thank you. I just subscribed. Oh my gosh....so many bibles you have! So beautiful. And a process video to music would be wonderful..you could even speed it up but we could see your process.
I love watching your Bible garden flip-throughs! I have several and one is dedicated to scripture dealing with fear and anxiety. Perhaps instead of thinking of it as something dealing with darkness, think of that Bible in more positive terms…perhaps your CONFIDENCE or ASSURANCE Bible. There are so many verses reminding us not to be afraid, to be at peace, that our Father is in control and that is a joyful and positive message. Enjoy finding all those reassuring verses and filling your garden.
I so love seeing your Bible gardens! They are so beautiful! You have amazed me as to how you have come about growing your gardens. I remember when you lost your sweet Bella kitty. It broke my heart. We have kitties too & I've always been a kitty person. With the suffering I deal with its just nice to have them loving on you & being beside you. I had to put up my "cuddle" Bible because it began to start coming apart. Of course I'd had it for many years. I am one of those who pray for protection of my home & each member of my family & even our pets. Like you, I don't like not having control of things. But, I am learning to 'let go and let God' take care of things. He already knows the outcome anyway. Since having the back surgery I've realized I cannot control what happens, only my God, my Healer, my Restorer. You have blessed me in so many ways, sweet Sister Cat and I thank you! I will be 64 on the 10th, so never think you can't teach an old dog new things! I'm struggling with fear, doubt & worry if I'm worthy of God's love & protection. I know the devil is creeping these things upon me, especially at night when I can't sleep. But when I seem to really start feeling bad, up pops a video from you & just seeing your Bibles & hearing you talk about how God guides you helps me so much. The butterfly on the edge of my the page is why I don’t put the book tabs on my bibles.
They have to be tissue paper then if not they will wrinkle the page
