"I burned through it like a pig through warm strawberries" is a phrase that leaves me with mixed feelings 🤔
@@FloatingLeaf1111 Aw that's cute
It feels like he's doing it on purpose at this point
Man, I am really enjoying these quicklook style videos. Thanks guys
I mean now that Giant Bomb is more or less done with Matt Rorie also leaving someone else has to pick up the mantle.
You had me at Horror Fishing
This feels a lot like Sunless Sea/Skies to me. Except with more fishing and less story. Seems neat!
Its such a small thing, but I love that the Fish aren't straight lines in your inventory
So cool. It remains me of Sunless sea and Sunless skies, but easier to deep into.
Man, this looks great. Never heard of this until now and really looking forward to it
This game honestly sounds great and right up my alley, looking forward to it.
legitimately remember picking up the demo in one of the steam next fests and played it through twice, its just got a really good core loop and premise.
Dredg.... Like the Band???? The guys that made "Hungover On A Tuesday" - "Ode To The Sun" - and "Bug Eyes?" I love Dredg!!!
"You want to see my fishypedia ?" says the enthusiast.
I played the demo and am super excited about this one!
I didn't know about this game before this video. Then I downloaded the lengthy demo, played through it and got hooked. I'll definitively buy it on release.
Where you can download the demo ?
@@GORDIIS i got it on switch, don't know otherwise
@@Ovetupp oohhhhh okay
This is such a beautiful and haunting wind waker meets tetris game in aspects inspired by Lovecraft. Really excited for it and will grab it asap.
This is begging to be played on the Deck.
Reminds me of Sunless Sea/Skies. The inspiration is pretty obvious which I approve.
This game greatly reminds me of the mobile game A Girl Adrift.
Dude this game has me HOOKED. We just put our review out, absolutely recommended.
When I saw the ad for this game I thought the aesthetic looked great but since they showcased zero gameplay I assumed it was going to be a visual novel or some other similarly awful waste of digital storefront space so it was an instant skip for me. This actually seems like a really cool game though.
“The game we can’t stop playing,” *beats the game in 5 hours, stops playing it*
Clickbait, I have become thee
wheres the forge? if its over the top....zombie area, skeleton.....fish bosses of crazy designs. armor, gloves....high stress, huge waves....boat battles....fishing loot raids...lol meh i might play....my guess iz its shite.
bruh show something scary next time
Did you get both endings? :)
Wonder why it isn't Dreadge 😁
The dynamic commentary of two gamers discussing the game as it's being played makes these vids fun to watch. Keep it up homies.
This is why I subscribe to crew
If they lean into the insanity meter and there's some late game creepy elements I will buy this in a heartbeat
Looks promising but I'm still not entirely sure what this game has to offer beyond boating from place to place to press X to catch fish and play inventory Tetris.
What mechanics are there that present obstacles to overcome? What threats are there at night? Is there a meaningful storyline beyond simple fetch quests?
Yay, Jesse! I feel like Jesse hasn't been forward-facing for a while? Or on the podcast?
Sweet, my kind of experience. Never heard of it before, have a sub!
I like the sound of a "hyperspace arsenal", but sadly the term is a relatively mundane "hammer space".
Game looks cool, looking forward to it
I'm person that is very hard to persuade, to play new games and I really enjoyed the games demo on Steam Next Fest.
Unfortunately when I hear Jesse has devoured a game, I feel my wallet get lighter. I can sense myself playing fish Tetris very soon.
Your channel rocks!
I'm debating getting this for PC or Switch. The mobility of the switch seems great for this game. But the graphics seem horrid compared to the PC version. Any thoughts?
Its a really great idea, but its way too shallow. The story should have had way more to it and the game should have been way longer. I finished in under 12 hours... for 25 EUR, price with performance is very bad.
Played the demo, loved it. Can't wait for full release 🎉
This game is beautiful! Can't stop looking at it!
the phrase you were looking for with the larger than realistic storage was "Quantum" storage.
Fisherperson? 👀🤦
I’ve been excited about this game since demo launched. That and Forever Skies.
The word you're looking for is "hammer space".
I'm sorry, this idea is fucking brilliant.
Thank you for the video content.
Do you see fish, you will. You will.
These indie gems (and a lot of AA) that I live for, as AAA gaming all but lost its charm, wits, heart and originality.
Can't wait to get my hands on Dredge.
I still like those Sony games, but I feel you
@0:29 Fish-manatee? Manatees are mammals... :p
thought it was coop. L
That art style is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely check this out once it releases
Gonna skip this one as it is published by Team17 and they don't follow regional pricing.
