any luck with a written pattern yet?
Apparently not.
My 2yr old daughter asked me to make her a spider. So, Thank you for this pattern...she loves it & says it's beautiful.
Just want to say “I love your patterns and your channel’ congratulations on such a professional looking channel, the ease of your instructions and the gorgeous designs. Hugs from another Aussie crafter
Oh, wow! Thanks so much for the lovely compliments, I really appreciate it. And I look forward to seeing your uploads!!
I had a little trouble with the abbreviations but once I listened to you speaking it cleared it right up. Absolutely love the spider I made. I decided to go with a color block type design. I love how easy the pattern was to read as well. Will definitely try more of your designs
Thank you for the kind feedback. A colour block design sounds very cool, I'd love to see it if you're comfortable sharing. I've actually started going through my videos and adding an abbreviation/stitch list to the pinned comment, so hopefully that will be more helpful in the future.
Hi... is there any chance you have a written pattern for this please? Finding it really hard to follow your video. Thanks
I don't have any written patterns available yet, sorry.
I recently found your channel and just had to make this spider. It turned out great and I am totally in love with the finished product! Can't wait for the pattern for the other spider in your intro!
Hi and welcome! I'm stoked you liked the mini spider 😊.
Hello i am Arrive in the your Chane, i am from brazil. Congratuletion your spaider us Very Fun and pretty, i am already subcrive
Hi, thank you for such kind words! I appreciate it 🙂
I made the legs but saw after unpausing the vid that I had to stuff them and keep going 😭
Two hours down the drain
Help! I can't figure out what colors to make mine! I have a golden yellow color, tan, a pinky red, navy, white, and black. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
I think black, navy and white could make a cool combination for a spider.
@@SkeinSpider Oh my word, I ended up just starting it, and those were the colors I picked 😂 So far I've only got two legs done, but I'm liking how in looks. Thank you!
Clearly, we both have excellent taste 😉 lol.
I had to readjust your pattern slightly because I was having problems with the legs. I how you don't mind.
Not at all 😊. Do you mind if I ask what issue/s you were having? I plan on re-doing a couple of my older scrap stash videos eventually, so I would like to address any problems that I can.
@@SkeinSpider I was having problems with the legs. the two joints on them ended up going in opposite directions, so I took rounds 11 and 13-14 and just flipped them with the half doubles first then the slip stiches. that's the only way I could get them to face correctly.
Are the legs made in the round or sl st at the end of the rows?
In the round.
Thanks
Is there a written pattern besides what shows on the screen? Super cute design!
Not currently, but there will be at somepoint (hopefully) soon-ish. Thank you!
Reaching back out to this, 2 years later. I have adored your spider, and would love to do this myself
i just finished them, i just made two eyes though, but i might add the other six if i feel like it at some point. i love this pattern so much, especially how it can stand by itself
Is this written out anywhere? Thanks for putting an awesome pattern up for everyone!!
No worries! There's no written pattern yet, but a website is on my to-do list and it'll be up there eventually.
@@SkeinSpider Great! Thanks so much
Love your patterns! So cute, and your explanations are great. Is there a printable pattern anywhere I can purchase? I checked Facebook and ravelry, but couldn't see any.
Thank you so much. I don't currently have written patterns available but I will at some point when I manage to get a website up and running.
Is the pattern for the larger spider out yet? I’m making matching spiders of this mini one, but I really want to make the larger one for my boyfriend. He really loves spiders.
Not yet.
@@SkeinSpider Alright, thanks for responding! I look forward to the day you have it out! I really enjoy your patterns so far!
Where can I find a written out pattern for this ?
This is so cool thank you!! Do you have a pattern for the larger spider in your intro?
Cheers! I don't have a pattern for her yet, but I'm hoping to get one out soon-ish.
i love how i can recognise the yarns that you have in the intro, especially the spotlight ones. it's cool because so many people use yarn that i can't recognise.
Yeah, I have the same problem. Some of the yarns creator's in the US use look so nice but we either can't get them here or have to pay ridiculously high prices for them.
Thank you so much for sharing this pattern! I made it for my son! He loves it!
Loved the Halloween series 💕you need to make a x mass series too !
Thanks. Unfortunately, I won't have time for a Christmas series this year (though I'm already planning something for next year lol), but I'll still do at least one Xmas pattern, maybe more if I'm able to make the vids in time.
@@SkeinSpider I get you making videos is not easy loads
Of work plus editing. And yours are amazing ,something I can learn :)
Omg it goes so fast, so sad I don't understand this how the pattern works ... It's really adorable tho
Yeah, this way of making patterns is something I tried for a while but no longer make. I do plan on remaking this in my regular style though, so it'll be slowed down in that.
@@SkeinSpider omg for real , please make a remake... Thank you girl 🙂🥺
Hello, I am from Ecuador, I really like your channel.
Hello from Australia!! 💙
Very Nice .... joining the pieces together is the hardest part!
Yeah, that's always the way lol. Sewing isn't as much fun as crocheting.
@@SkeinSpider when you love hand sewing 👀
😂😂😂😂
Hello ! Your work is very nice ! I love it ! But I have lot problem of translation, because I'm french and I don't found the translation for some abreviation. For example "TW", what's that ? I've don't ever seen this before lol. Thanks for your answer, have a nice day !
And "sc2tg" ? What's that ? It's so hard fort translate ^^ thanks for your answer !
Hi and thank you.
TW means turn your work and sc2tg means single crochet two together.
I've actually started going through my videos and adding a stitch and abbreviation list to the pinned comment. Only the more recent ones have them so far, the rest will be coming soon, but if you get stuck on anything else you could check out one of those.
I hope that helped and you have a good day too!
@@SkeinSpider Thank you very much ! I've problem to found translation for abreviation on internet, so Thank you ! I go try to finish my spider now 😊
Best of luck! And I'm happy to help with any other abbreviations if you get stuck.
Me encanta❤ Muchas gracias por compartir 👍
