SimCity 4's soundtrack is very distinctive, I'm not sure what genre you could put it under. The closest sounding thing I know of is E-Z Rollers: Dimensions of Sound album, which is mid-90's Drum n Bass. RateYourMusic puts SC4 OST under "Video Game Music, Nu Jazz, Electronic Ambient, Downtempo, Drum and Bass" and Discogs puts it under "Deep House, Future Jazz, Downtempo, Ambient, Video Game Music, Drum n Bass".

Esa parte de la montaña (cerca del pueblo) con curvas esta guapísimo señores! Me gustaría ver mas zonas así, para hacer drift bajando las montañas. Habría algún problema si se tratara de agregar algún mod de físicas de derrapes a vuestro mod? Podría ser no compatible? Ya que en sus momentos el mod Underground con algunos mods se te cerraba
El mod es altamente compatible con otros mods ya que no esta encriptado ni mucho menos usa versiones viejas de Cleo o de Fastman Limit Adjuster aqui tenemos todo actualizado

Debe ser Portland y si es así, el estado basado en la vida real es Oregon (Minwall). Cabe mencionar que Rainer City esta basada en Seattle y el nombre se debe al volcán rainer que se encuentra en el estado de Washington (Lincoln en el juego).

I was a GTA Underground follower up until its abrupted end in 2021. Finding this mod bring me great joy.
The only thing tho, is that is lags bcs the world is too big. I wish we could play multyplayer on this expanded map
