    With rain forecasted for early the following day, we had to make the call to split the project up into two different days to ensure the best results for our client. We'll walk you through our thought process as well as show you a few tricks of the trade to have the best-looking driveway in the neighborhood.

    Absolute perfection! Your attention to detail, thoroughness and clarity on expectations speaks to your awesome work ethic and skill! Too bad there isn't one company like yours in NH that I am aware of.

    What's the name of that dust that you put down on top of the crack filler

    • @royerfromjersey
      @royerfromjersey  11 месяцев назад +1

      Sure! It's "Black Diamond - Coal Slag 60 Grit". It's sandblasting abrasive. They sell it at Tractor Supply in 50lb bags. The red bag is the 60 grit and what you want texture-wise. Their blue stuff is too coarse and makes the crackfill too noticeable through the sealer.

    What was that you sprayed on the aquafault?

    You can sealcoat those wet spots and nothing will happen right ?

    • @royerfromjersey
      @royerfromjersey  11 месяцев назад +2

      1,000%. The key is to make sure there's not a consistent steam or "spring" of water leeching up through the asphalt. That and make sure you have at least (48) hours of dry/sunny weather AFTER you put down the sealer for it to setup and cure.

    What is that his putting on top after filling the cracks ??

    • @royerfromjersey

      It's "Black Beauty" sandblasting sand. We get ours at Tractor Supply. Makes it so we can walk right on top of it, tires can drive right over it, helps the sealer stick to the rubber and not look as "shiny" through the coating.

    What were u throwing down over the crack filler?

    • @royerfromjersey
      @royerfromjersey  3 месяца назад

      It's "Black Beauty" shotblasting abrasive. The sand helps with hot tire pickup and helps the crackfill blend better

      Good job !! For the crack filler It’s same sand for sandblast ? And what brush do you use ? Synthétique brush ?

      @@MaxT314 Thank you! Yeah, same medium as shotblasting. We use the fine Black Beauty from Tractor Supply. Brooms are the Tampico fiber ones.
