@alanwalkman29 Rock climbers are generally lean and strong because that's the ideal body type for that sport. Most rock climbers don't look "ripped" but are very strong. Usually ripped, meaty people will struggle with rock climbing due to the extra weight on their body

If you need to, check videos explaining the correct form for a push up (don't overthink it, just keep it in mind. As you progress, it will get easier and natural). As I said, try elevated push ups, and do them until failure (until you are not phisically able to do anymore). Try maybe 2-3 sets, with rests between them as it suits you, once a week. Any other day you can just try to keep the habit (belive me, it's worth it) doing reps that are easy for you. It will not give you that much strength, but keeping the habit is key. I'm 19, we are around the same age. This is probably the best time of our lives to get strength and muscle as easy as it gets. Maybe not super easy, but your body can become pretty pretty strong. I believe in you, dude. Never compare to others, just to yourself in the past. You're gonna make it

I tied weight of 5kg together i lift it aswell now my arms have a tight skin but pushup is difficult yet
The core activation actually helps get you up. Arched pullups are harder for me than hollow body ones, and I always start getting my legs up in the last reps
