    I think the square footage is rather small for the amount of bedrooms, however the layout is nice. The hardware is basic builders grade, love the covered patio area, dislike the noisy street. Love the placement of the staircase, dislike there is no basement, loft or recreation area since there is no basement. Where do you put the gym, theater, pool table or pets? I guess that’s the difference I notice most with builders in Georgia versus builders in Texas, California. Those builders make additional accommodations given the lack of having terrace levels. Kerley sold to another builder, that happened to our neighborhood once the original builder went belly up. New builder came in and sold for much much less. I’m still waiting on my fair market value to happen.

      Ugh, sorry to hear that happened to you. That COULD very well happen in this neighborhood. We'll see what the incoming builder actually does, but Davidson Homes' been building locally in the $800-900's, and those neighborhoods have all sold out really quickly. My guess is they'll try the higher price point.
