How DID it get to be July??!! Thanks for adding to my TBR. I am currently reading The Ride of Her Life by Elizabeth Letts. It is awesome. It is the true story of Annie Wilkins, 63 years old, who goes on a journey from her farm in Maine to California with only her horse, her dog and a few possessions in the early 1950s. Have a great birthday month.

I love novels in verse. I will add that one to my MGM TBR. Bellewether has been on my pile of books to read this whole year and I still haven't gotten to it yet, but you read more than I do so I'll give myself another year. 😄

I liked the first and third book more than the second one in the timeless series. In this moment had too much romance for me. But it was still good
I'm ok with some romance, so hopefully I'll like it.
Oh I didn’t hate it. There were some great parts! But the premise seemed to be her deciding between 3 men In her 3 time periods. Like that was all her decision was based on
I absolutely loved The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hill and I think you will also. It had been on my bookshelves for forever so I finally read and I’m so glad I did. 5⭐️for me.

Your decision to read Kearsley's Bellewether reminds me that I also like her writing and have several books of hers to read including Bellewether. I'm just trying to read her books in order so Bellewether's not at the top of my list. Unfortunately.

I am most looking forward to my preorder by Deborah Harkness “The Blackbird Oracle”. It is the 6th book in what used to be known as The All Souls Trilogy. It is not my usual witchy read. It is the darkest tale I’ve ever read. But the running theme throughout the saga is love of family and it is filled with a fictionalized historical setting. (Real people/places in the world of witches, demons and mundane humans.) Demons? Yes, in this reality many musicians are really demons. Considering how wild and crazy many rock musicians are/were, this tickled my funny bone. Certainly not my normal reading material. But I love this entire universe.
Yeah that doesn't sound like your usual cozy read, but I'm glad you're enjoying it!
