Wow!!!! I haven’t seen a Turbo Burns since I was a kid!!!! Talk about through back, you took us way back to the 80’s!!!! Another SICKENING EPIC video brother!!!! You are forever keeping nitro great!!!!🫡
Phenomenal find. The thing looks mint 👌 And as always your video is highly entertaining. Love your dedication for nitros, and I have to agree that nitros is where the real fun is 👍
GREAT VIDEO DIMITRI !!!!! For us guys that are old enough,,,, this is a blast from the past !!!! I got into RC right around the time these came out .. I remember my parents wouldn’t spring for me to get one of these . I ended up getting a TRAXXAS RADICATOR !!! i wish i would have kept that chassis … Cool to see the Kyosho!!! great conversation on this video
hey man! thanks for checking out this video, I can only imagine how incredible and high-end this would have been back in the day. I only got into this hobby around 1999, but this buggy is way before that. Sickening!!
Loved your video i thought i was the only person to still have one As a matter of fact i own 2 of them one that i raced at engishtown nj back in the day and my other one is a shelf queen ran only one time 100% original
Hi D. The clear gear cover slides out for oil or grease. I have 2 of these and plenty of other similar ones.. One brand New and the other is a runner. Also based the the original Kyosho USA-1 which I have a few of. I have T Maxxes everywhere, including a customized one done by Traxxas. Maybe 17 of them. The one built by Traxxas with upgrades is incredible. Keep up the great Nitro Gang. All my best Rob from Pequa.
Great video D! Love the older rc cars!❤ I was recently gifted a Tamiya Nitrage 5.2 truggy. Came out in about 07 i believe as an 08 model. I've never seen a Tamiya truggy before so this one is really cool to me!❤
Hey man, thanks. I’ll be running this old Kyosho again when it’s a little warmer outside, it looks like spring has decided to join us too late this year, lol
Nice score D I really love the look of the kyosho reminds me of my childhood RC style likes. And Ofna are always good. Really nice man thanks for the vid!
Hey my dude! I'm glad you pointed that out. For a little more context, this engine was already previously broken in and it's not a high performance Sickening try to kill you compression engine, you know. On the more powerful engines the pre-heating is a must. This is a common RTR engine, really does not need pre-heating, but it's helpful. Plus it was directly in the sun and not surer cold. Im charging the battery on the heater right now, it's NitroGang Weekend!
Hey man, thanks for checking out this video. Happy to have another fellow vintage Nitro off the buggy fan here. See you on the next one, and let’s burn a tank of nitro.
That is not the original chassis. I still have my new built turbo burns complete with a new OPS buggy pro engine that I built back in 1990 its was my spare race buggy that I never use or even started. I stopped racing back then because girls came along 😂😂
Absolute Classic from 1/8 scale KYOSHO! Great Vid, keep up the good work.
I would love to have that buggy in my collection
I’m a kyosho guy, and i enjoyed this. 👍

Love your channel dude , love from a UK nitro nutter
felling that kyosho fever
both beasts
you can add Kyosho foam from the turbo Inferno.
I think they did the change on the shocks to make diff access easier.
I like how you said you can't preheat your head because the battery is dead and yet it started up on the first pull lol

❤😂🎉😢😮😅😊ไฟไฟไฟไฟไฟแอดพ์.
Let me pause and look up this Columbia disaster
Woah that would have been an intense and instantaneous fireball of a death. No time to even get the marshmallows at at reentry speed of 12,000 mph
chassis looks aftermarket

That is not an original chassis plate as the original had slightly folded edges and no carbon protection plate .
