Until recently, I had never heard of Rory and Joey Feek before. I came across Joey when listening to Bradley Walker - I was so touched by her beautiful voice, that I went on to discover the love story of her, Rory and their beautiful family. Since then, I haven't stopped watching and listening to them, what a blessing to find this deeply spiritual couple whose faith shown in their music will live on as a demonstration of Gods great love...Joey is free from pain and suffering, free from her sickness and restored in the presence of her beautiful and loving Saviour...Hallelujah!
I followed her and Rory from way back when. I cried like a baby when she passed! But isn't it a blessing to have found their music? Such an awesome inspiration to anyone! And Rory is still making beautiful music today! If every man in this world could be as kind, gentle, loving, a man as he is and you can tell with all his gentler ways that he is a REAL MAN. I wish there were so many more like him in this world! Praise the Lord for the music they made together and now that he is creating on as a solo artist!

I don't feel Joey and Rory got enough credit for their music. Their music tells such beautiful stories about life and they harmonized so well together. It's too bad there are not more artists like them. I'm sorry I didn't know about them sooner. The way they lived their lives personally in God's word, in good times and in bad and giving him the glory is such a touching journey in itself. I hope their music will always be appreciated. I pray for God's strength to carry Rory and his family through this struggle.

This song bring backs memories of an old couple from our church. They had grown up together riding the school bus though high school. It wad obvious how deep was their love to the end. She died first in her 80’s and he followed not long after. They had been high school sweethearts and it was still a strong love in their 80’s.

God in His grace provided us with a last hour (and more). Even greater than that was His provision to Linda that she was not alone. THANK YOU LORD! thank you Lord 🙏🏼 My son was able to tell his mom goodbye, how much he loved her and would miss her and how he would live in her honor. I was able to do the same, and as the time was drawing near I reminded her how she could call on Jesus again to save her.. this time .. she could call on Jesus to save her from the pain. I reminded Linda that he would hear and he would come. “Take His Hand, don’t look back, and don’t let go.” “I know where Jesus is taking you and I know how to get there. I will see you again in Heaven and our son will be there too, because we taught him the way” Our son the replies: “It’s true mom, I know the way to Heaven... one day we will see each other again ...and your legs will be like new...we will run fast to each other and hug” Linda looked deep into our eyes and tried to nod her head. For a moment all the pain was gone as we could see it in our hearts.. Because of Jesus and Gods love we all three knew this was to be. Yes someday🙏🏼 I will run to her arms and say “I haven’t held you since Jesus held you” Therefore let me say to all who have ear. I know the way and it is ...Jesus! The chemistry between Rory and Joey was undeniable. It's so amazing how the human heart can bond with one other heart in such a supernatural way. It's how I feel about my husband, and I can only imagine how Rory's feeling now that Joey's gone. My prayers go out to him and everyone who's hurting right now. RIP, dearest Joey!!!
I just lost my Dad two weeks ago and my brother 11 months earlier. I have fought ovarian cancer and find that your gift of music seems to be the only source of support that brings comfort these days. My thoughts and prayers are also with you and your daughter.

This is probably one of the most special couples there has ever been. Their faces just show their love for each other and the kindness in their hearts. Truly SPECIAL. Love them soooo much and Little Indy is the most precious and lovable little girl ever created. God had His hand on this special family all the while and through their lives so much was learned about love for us all and I believe many non Christians were led to the Lord through what they saw in The Feek Family

I guess, like you, I follow Joey+Rory's videos for inspiration -- and to validate that for some, that fairy-tale love does exist. (That does NOT mean that I don't also spend many times wondering why it never came my way -- I most certainly DO. After such a long time, you really do feel dejected & rejected -- and it does hurt. I absolutely "get" where you're coming from.) You will find that Rory writes straight from the heart and he expresses a wealth of emotion in very few words. He is a very strong, hard-working & level-headed fellow. I am astounded at how busy he has kept himself since Joey's passing -- although, ALL are projects she would have approved of -- and may be things she has had a hand in from afar. I love this song to death. Working in a nursing home makes you see real love. Joey and Rory had something special. My heart goes out to them and their family. We need more artists like these ones. I'm truly amazed .
I recently discovered Joey and Rory on RUclips. I just love their beautiful music and their incredible love story. I could not finish listening to this sad song because it takes me into the future and the possibility that this could be my wife in the story. I love my wife so much that Jesus would have to give me the strength to go through the terrible pain of seeing my beloved wife not know me anymore. I cannot imagine the heartache that husbands and wives have to go through when one of them ends up in a nursing home with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
I never heard of Joey and Rory until one night we watched RDTV that’s my first time I ever heard of Them? My goodness I just bawled my eyes out when I read stories about her and her husband. I cannot express how deeply their journey of their lives has touched my heart and soul. I’ve read both of his books, and to this day, I cannot get enough of their music. Never a day goes by that don’t find a video or pictures of them on Pinterest that I listen to or follow. Even though she’s in Heaven now and has left behind her beautiful daughter in the arms of her wonderful husband she still continues to touch lives. The magnitude of her out pouring love continues to resonate in my life and has helped me to understand life and death. Rory has a gift that only few of us understand who are writers, who know how to express feelings on paper, and live the life that he is meant to do, of raising their precious child. My heart broke when I found out that Joey had cancer. I prayed that God would heal her, but on March 4, 2016 ... we find out that God has took Joey home. My heart broke again, as tears fell from my eyes. She will be greatly missed. But the story of Joey & Rory will continue on. I had stopped believing that real, true love existed ..... until I saw the first video & heard this wonderful couple sing. Just watching them as they sang .... I could see & feel the love they have for each other. I watched that video several times. I now know that real, true love does exsist. If anyone that reads this comment .... I suggest that you watch the video of Joey & Rory .. . "When I'm Gone". This song will soften your heart & make you feel more deeply than you've ever felt before. It will make you want the kind of love that Joey & Rory have. It's the greatest love story that has ever been told or ever will be told. I listened for hours and finally settled on two of their songs. Thank God for sharing their music with me. My mom was 97 but Joey and Rory were taken so young. I know they are in Heaven just dinging away. My mother loved singing so i pray they are singing together.
Until their hospice announcement a short time ago, I had never heard of Joey & Rory, as I pretty much don't follow country music - I listen to just about everything else! I had been touched by their loving story, so this morning I decided to try to listen to them sing together; this was the first song I checked out...and I sure got the tears going hard. I may not be a country music fan, but I can appreciate great chemistry in singing...and they definitely have it. Beautiful together! Going to check out more of their music now! :*)

My Aunt Mary Dene passed and she and my Uncle Larry were going on 51 years this July 1. She passed with Breast Cancer. Thank you Rory and Joey for this beautiful song.

The first time I heard her I fell in love with her voice.I saw her on TV originally. When I learned that she had passed it broke my heart. I had lost my husband to cancer in 2015.So I guess when you know that there's nothing more that Drs can do it leaves you so empty. Then you lose the one you love so much. So when I heard that Rory had passed I took it to heart. She's up with the Angels singing her heart out with all the other beloved singers we have lost through the years. I lost my wife Linda 4/28/19 in a hospital room. God in His grace provided us with a last hour (and more). Even greater than that was His provision to Linda that she was not alone. THANK YOU LORD! thank you Lord 🙏🏼
My son was able to tell his mom goodbye, how much he loved her and would miss her and how he would live in her honor.
I was able to do the same, and as the time was drawing near I reminded her how she could call on Jesus again to save her.. this time .. she could call on Jesus to save her from the pain. I reminded Linda that he would hear and he would come. “Take His Hand, don’t look back, and don’t let go.”
“I know where Jesus is taking you and I know how to get there. I will see you again in Heaven and our son will be there too, because we taught him the way”
Our son the replies: “It’s true mom, I know the way to Heaven... one day we will see each other again ...and your legs will be like new...we will run fast to each other and hug”
Linda looked deep into our eyes and tried to nod her head. For a moment all the pain was gone as we could see it in our hearts.. Because of Jesus and Gods love we all three knew this was to be.
Yes someday🙏🏼 I will run to her arms and say “I haven’t held you since Jesus held you”
Therefore let me say to all who have ear. I know the way and it is ...Jesus!

This is probably one of the most special couples there has ever been. Their faces just show their love for each other and the kindness in their hearts. Truly SPECIAL. Love them soooo much and Little Indy is the most precious and lovable little girl ever created. God had His hand on this special family all the while and through their lives so much was learned about love for us all and I believe many non Christians were led to the Lord through what they saw in The Feek Family

I guess, like you, I follow Joey+Rory's videos for inspiration -- and to validate that for some, that fairy-tale love does exist. (That does NOT mean that I don't also spend many times wondering why it never came my way -- I most certainly DO. After such a long time, you really do feel dejected & rejected -- and it does hurt. I absolutely "get" where you're coming from.) You will find that Rory writes straight from the heart and he expresses a wealth of emotion in very few words. He is a very strong, hard-working & level-headed fellow. I am astounded at how busy he has kept himself since Joey's passing -- although, ALL are projects she would have approved of -- and may be things she has had a hand in from afar. I love this song to death. Working in a nursing home makes you see real love. Joey and Rory had something special. My heart goes out to them and their family. We need more artists like these ones. I'm truly amazed .

I recently discovered Joey and Rory on RUclips. I just love their beautiful music and their incredible love story. I could not finish listening to this sad song because it takes me into the future and the possibility that this could be my wife in the story. I love my wife so much that Jesus would have to give me the strength to go through the terrible pain of seeing my beloved wife not know me anymore. I cannot imagine the heartache that husbands and wives have to go through when one of them ends up in a nursing home with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
Maybe if we sit and listen closely, we will be able to hear Joey singing from Heaven. Joey, you will never be forgotten...

I never heard of Joey and Rory until one night we watched RDTV that’s my first time I ever heard of Them? My goodness I just bawled my eyes out when I read stories about her and her husband. I cannot express how deeply their journey of their lives has touched my heart and soul. I’ve read both of his books, and to this day, I cannot get enough of their music. Never a day goes by that don’t find a video or pictures of them on Pinterest that I listen to or follow. Even though she’s in Heaven now and has left behind her beautiful daughter in the arms of her wonderful husband she still continues to touch lives. The magnitude of her out pouring love continues to resonate in my life and has helped me to understand life and death. Rory has a gift that only few of us understand who are writers, who know how to express feelings on paper, and live the life that he is meant to do, of raising their precious child. God bless you all stay well and healthy, your little angel needs you Rory. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us

I've listened to Joey & Rory for years. Even tho we don't them personally, we get to know them through the songs they sing. As many others have said ..... I will also say ..... My heart broke when I found out that Joey had cancer. I prayed that God would heal her, but on March 4, 2016 ... we find out that God has took Joey home. My heart broke again, as tears fell from my eyes. She will be greatly missed. But the story of Joey & Rory will continue on. I had stopped believing that real, true love existed ..... until I saw the first video & heard this wonderful couple sing. Just watching them as they sang .... I could see & feel the love they have for each other. I watched that video several times. I now know that real, true love does exsist. If anyone that reads this comment .... I suggest that you watch the video of Joey & Rory .. . "When I'm Gone". This song will soften your heart & make you feel more deeply than you've ever felt before.
It will make you want the kind of love that Joey & Rory have. It's the greatest love story that has ever been told or ever will be told.

We had a celebration of life.
As i was thinking about the songs i wanted for our video..i ran across Rory and Joey. I listened for hours and finally settled on two of their songs.
Thank God for sharing their music with me.
My mom was 97 but Joey and Rory were taken so young.
I know they are in Heaven just dinging away.
My mother loved singing so i pray they are singing together.
Until their hospice announcement a short time ago, I had never heard of Joey & Rory, as I pretty much don't follow country music - I listen to just about everything else! I had been touched by their loving story, so this morning I decided to try to listen to them sing together; this was the first song I checked out...and I sure got the tears going hard. I may not be a country music fan, but I can appreciate great chemistry in singing...and they definitely have it. Beautiful together! Going to check out more of their music now! :*)

The first time I heard her I fell in love with her voice.I saw her on TV originally. When I learned that she had passed it broke my heart. I had lost my husband to cancer in 2015.So I guess when you know that there's nothing more that Drs can do it leaves you so empty. Then you lose the one you love so much. So when I heard that Rory had passed I took it to heart. She's up with the Angels singing her heart out with all the other beloved singers we have lost through the years.
