- We set out for a fun evening at Brands Hatch race track with our R53 mini cooper s track cars, however disaster strikes and one mini blows and engine while the other one spins out, join us for an evening of laughs and an absolute fail. lots of track action and supercharger whine

We had an absolute blast despite kals mini! Apologies for the in car camera angles and audio but was having way to much fun to have checked the footage on the day. Certainly looking forward to the nurbugring so subscribe and don't miss out! 🤙

Nice to have a fault free day, need to sort that central camera out can't see ahead. Was waiting for some aggressive push laps but didn't see any.
Yer an absolute blessing to be able to drive her home, apologies for the cam I was having to much fun in the moment to have checked the footage haha. That was my aggressive laps haha still learning 😅 still building my confidence with the car as came from a drifting background
Have you put the larger R56 rear calipers on to help balance it with the larger fronts. If not I recommend it but will need the R56 handbrake cable to match. Something to think about as your building the confidence as the back end can step out with the big boy front brakes.
@WalshEBoY no I'm running stock rear brakes with upgraded pads but certainly a great shout! I'll look into that, I wanted todo r56 arms anyway, appreciate the advice mate 👍

What power the Mini making?
Last dyno was 188bhp but didn't realise manifold was broken so about 192 I'd assume, engine mods and traction are the next mods!
You have a number you're aiming or just want a reliable track car?

@@Kirkham66 I have a stock Mini cooper s r53 2005 model black with beige interior. My plan is to do a17% pulley and bigger intercooler I'm not planning to track the mini just want that little bit more power.Would also like to fit a orranje rear wing.
@romaan843 I definitely recommend the smaller pully, get that supercharger whineing but good on you! Awsome cars and yer I didn't want a large spoiler but now I need more grip haha
Shame bout your cheap tires mate or else would’ve held traction
Yer better tyres, better suspension and some downforce is required, look forward to fitting your new engine haha
