Great video with some super useful exercises. I am at week 15 no surgery and while objectively I can do the calf raises etc and the ankle swelling is reducing I am experiencing a lot of pain when walking. Like a knife being pushed into the Achilles - at site of rupture sometimes but often towards the top of the Achilles. I don’t see mention of pain in the rehab videos. Is pain a normal part of the process-do I just work through it? Am back swimming but really not walking very much so getting very frustrated 🙄
Hi there. Been watching your video. I’m not into fitness at all but I ruptured my Achilles tendon 5 years ago. I dicc do not have the surgery I just had it in a cast. I was stupid and didn’t go for physio after and Iv never done anything since. I can’t do a calf raise with it. Is it to late to fix this issue now? Great videos buy the way 👍🏻👍🏻
