Nanocell is more beyond technology then LED, on the other hand X75K is LED tech. In terms of technological advantages, I'll prefer Nanocell. In case of long lasting and durability, I can't suggest anything to you. Because, these are electronics goods. Anything can happen. So you have to trust the warranty for that.

Voice control doesn't work properly. Alexa doesn't installed properly, it is not supported as per expectation. There are many built in apps, but most of the apps built for the Europe, America, Korea etc. I am very much disappointed to buy nanocell tv of LG.
