Thanks for your video. You need to be a little careful: i. Strain is always a function of displacement. Geometry non-linearity is there when strains are non-linear functions of displacements. This happens for large deformations. ii. Material non-linearity comes when stress is a non-linear function of strains. It has nothing to do with Young's Modulus (E); Young's Modulus is an elasticity property.
