As long as China, India or any other nation, ftm, tries to achieve greatness by copying the stronger party (e.g., the Americans) or by strictly following some utopian philosophy of non-native origin (e.g., Socialism or some old inflexible religious doctrine), that nation's progress is doomed. In addition to copying the strengths, we might even copy their deficiencies! Case in point, adopting a foreign language and abandonment of one's own cultural media. Yes, innovation is key, but that does include identifying, removing, or working around obstacles to innovative thinking, or rather anything that hinders general betterment. If society is ossified and prevents innovative thinking branding it with strictures based on cultura or historical legacy-inspired rules and laws, such innovation will not survive, neither will the fruits of such warped innovation yield fruits that will propagate further. Though violence is the easy thing to conquer, it is certainly the most wasteful and destructive. Conquering others is much better if those "others" are convinced by their own faculties and experience that their neigbours are doing better in practice.

If your country has a lot of talents and potentialities, you don't talk, ok!, you perform. That's the first point. I think if India keeps running the country with their traditional country's policies or if they don't bring reform in their systems, nothing miraculous can be expected. America is divided into 50 states despite having only 330 million population approximately, but look at India, it has more than 1.4 billion population and is divided into only 28 states. How do you expect equal opportunity to your citizens? Obviously, there is an opportunity gap in the country. And That's how talents are suppressed in India. Even China is divided into 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, 4 municipalities, and 2 special administrative regions. What is going on in India right now is horrific. Each of the states is controlled by only a Predominant ethnic people where lower caste ethnic people are being suppressed. Same case is happening at the central level as well. Except lip service, no proper security and provisions are made for lower ethnic people living in all the states. There are some Indians , who believe that with a few predominant ethnic groups, they can still take the country at the highest level.

But we are not discussing about technologies by taking examples of different countries like USA, China, Russia, France. People are aware of all the four dimensions but less people knew about defence/space technologies like quantum, cyber, drones, aircraft careers, aerospace engines etc. We must have a channel which talks about only technological advancements especially science and technology.
