Sensei! In terms of the sound quality issue, what you need are "sound proof foam panels". They are foam panels that you stick on your walls which absorb the sound, thus preventing your voice from bouncing around and echoing. You can easily find them on amazon (I can't put links in comments) and they will greatly reduce the echo of your room thus making your voice much more clear. They are light so they don't require a strong adhesive in order to stick onto the walls (also, the walls of your studio are concreate, so they are quite resistant to wear and tear) and you should be able to cover a good portion of your filming room for around 5000 Yen. I know it's not cheap but trust me when I say they will make a BIG difference!
