I have one with the 18Kwh battery having traded a 10Kwh version I owned previously. It has a very capable chassis and is rapid when required even when just running petrol. Electric only performance is also very good but best saved for urban speeds and traffic. The AWD option was very impressive when I needed to climb a snow packed lane in Grindelwald last winter on summer tyres, it was no problem at all.
I am also convinced about that. It is a perfect combination of all and I guess a perfect car for all weather conditions. The V60 is still one of the best cars I have driven so far!
It is still one of the best cars I've tested so far in all ways. Consuption was about 6,5L/100km for as far as I remember. I can only advise this car to anyone.

I have been driving this car plenty of times. I think I might have a driven this car for around 70 hours, which is not a lot due to the fact that I was just renting the car. I wish I owned a nice car like this haha But wow, this is an extremely comfortable car. It is a really nice daily driver, BUT the 350 hp is not crazy from 0-100 km/h because of it not having launch control. Other than that, the simple interior design and the amazing exterior design gives you a feeling of pleasure when driving it. Not only is the performance of this car pretty good, the suspensions on this car feels really smooth. In my opinion the 61000 euro price tag turns me off A LOT. I would rather go for a CLA 35 AMG for this price for more performance and a more luxurious interior. Either way, this Volvo is not a bad purchase but do NOT buy a car right now. The economy is most likely gonna crash by the end of this summer. DO NOT waste your money on these car loans... have patience and it will pay off! With that being said, really nice review of the car! Keep up the great work. Much love from Sweden!
I always drive at some bad roads... probably just the reason because I live in belgium haha, it's not extraordinary louder than other cars. The V60 is still my nr2 best cars I've tested so far and I did a request to also test die T8, so w'll see how that performs🙃
It is a really great car! But damn... that is a long waiting period🙈. But I think that is a general problem at all brands😕. But I wish you the very best and a lot of fun when you receive it!
I ordered mine in december and I have to wait 14 months. My order will look completely different. I decided to stick with the standard 18” wheels, went with the bright trim combined with platinum grey and the amber interior. So it should look quite different, even if it is also a V60 T6 ultimate trim.
@@zeedustrakok everyone has their own taste. And I am pretty sure, which configuration you have, it will suit the car. Even from standard it does look good, it is a clean design for a break and well worth the waiting!
Did you have a chance to drive a petrol B4? I ordered B4 (should be early 2024), however than I compared the prices and for ~4,5k euro more I can get T6. However, I live in a flat, work remote, so I would need to charge it in my parent's home 3km away 1-2 per week.
ooh okey, no not yet. I've only been doing this since a couple of months. I now had 3 cars so far... But everyone has to start somewhere, right :) Maybe in the future, there are already a few more planned for the upcoming months. But for now I can't give you any comperison with a B4 or something else, I'm very sorry. But I do know someone who had a B4 for work and he always said that he was really happy with it. And for as far as I know and experienced every Volvo is really good!
@@car_spotter_belgium so, wish you all the best on your way to the top! :D S60 was my dream car when it appeared on the market and somehow, a few years later I was lucky enough to order a new V60 (kids on the way ), just before Volvo will end mild-hybrid production at the beginning of the next year. After the V60 B4 test drives, I'm sure that no matter which version I will use this will be a huge upgrade after Skoda Octavia 3 FL :) I wish to check T6 but no supplier in the area has this model, only XC60 T8. Next time try to get the car with Android Auto, what's interesting Volvo is updating this system regularly (there were already 16 or 17 updates that changed a lot!)
That's true, but I have seen it multiple times. I also drove an Opel Grandland GSe, it has a 180hp petrol engine and 2 electric motors with each ~110hp and still it has combined only 300hp. I 'think' the combination and having it work together in sync will cause some power lag or loss?🫣 Not sure about it, but I also though about that topic in the past😅
I just got one and absolutley love it, i agree, perfect family car and such a sleeper!

What is fuel consumpiton on winter on short trucks?
fun video! The T6 and T8 V60s are quite the sleeper cars who will surprise many at the traffic lights.. 🙂
Indeed, most people don't know how quick they are, it's a perfect sleeper indeed😜

What is the color ?
"Tunder grey", I also tell that in the video😉🙃.
Love this car but the road noise seemed rather loud.

253 ho + 144 hp = 397 hp right? Have I missed something?

They (volvo) have two generation of T6 Rech. 350 and 397. I dont know what is in this car...
You get a wider power curve, but not 100% from both power sources simultaneously
The combined power output has been limited to 350 hp.
Math doesn't work 253+144
The combination of electric and combustion engines is different. you can't just count them together. It needs to work together and synchronise
