Xiang lu fallen in love with Xiaoyo already I just sensed that they will never end up together when Xiang lu asks Xiaoyo to plant the poisonous bug inside him and asks Xiaoyo to promise him that one thing he asks she has to obey no matter what i thought it will be a tragedy between them. Oh why why my heart can't take it. I really ship them together they have an awesome chemistry. Director please change the story I want them together 😢

I’m in my 40s mum of 3 first time I ever watched Yang zi was ashes of love and fell in love with her, after that I watched all her films she’s definitely one of the better actresses of cdrama she’s not the prettiest but I think she’s great, I was a little worried thinking she might not be able to pull this character due to her other films, she’s always acted a little ditzy, I read the book after I heard she was filming it and it’s very different from her other characters but she’s doing such a great job 👏
@@monicaesmeraldaguaina1131 if you want English, koala playground has a translated version, so much more depth and each character has a lot more level, they’ve made Jing seem quite weak in the drama and they’ve definitely given Xiang Liu a lot more screen time which I’m not complaining about as he was my fave in the novel but I’m feeling sorry for the cousin as he’s getting so much hate online 😂 only reason he wanted to become king is to protect her

Best book I ever read. The translated version online is amazing but I wish we had the book in English . I read them a couple of times and I was hoping the series would have a different end or that the author would write a sequel with a happy ending for Xiang Liu. Xiang Lu was my favorite from the start and still is. All the things he did for Xiao Liu without her realizing that he was the one protectign her all the time. Sad ending ..... I have not watched the drama yet as I am waiting for the whole series to be available. Prequal two dramas about her parents are also great.
i can't wait for the next episode i could literally watch the whole drama in one day like idk how but if i like a type of drama i can finish it one day or few hours

This drama is so emotional. People get ready to watch the rest of it with a pack of tissues. I just watched episode 18. I binge watched what a rollercoaster ride. I really ship Xiaong Lu and Xiaoyo but I don't think they'll end up together. It's going to be a tragic story between them, I can just sense it. Their chemistry is awesome and spoiler alert: Xioang Lu fallen in luv with Xiaoyo already.
