My item builds on Slowbro tend to be either double stack(Specs+Cookie) with a focus band or no stack with Muscle, Focus, and Choice specs. My choice for either scald or surf depends on what is on the enemy team and I always run Amnesia as my second move. I may actually try to go for Masters or at least Ultra this season.

@OG Loc asap when i got some blue hp to recover. So Amnesia CD can recover sooner. Ofc. Sometimes is good to wait longer if you expect some stun, to negate it via unstoppble amnesia buff. Best amnesia value is when you are under attack and constantly generating blue bar

tripple glasses, 6w6g , Xspeed, scald + amnesia did best for my right now. IM trying also other stuff.

Amnesia only boost your defense. Amnesia + boost your special defense. Amnesia no longer boost your damage ( it was changed half year ago)
