SO true…there are two stories when we meet influential people! I love this Eric! Early on I remember meeting two top leaders in my company at an event. I was new and excited and SO thrilled to have a chance to meet them face to face. I broke through my own discomfort and insecurity to approach them, introduce myself and let them know how much I appreciated their leadership in the company…I was completely dismissed, in both cases. That was years ago and I still remember like it was yesterday. Who knows what was going on for them at the time but it would have been so easy to show me the person they are from stage. I instantly lost respect. Guess which story I have told all those years?
