I got a 2004 F150. And your method worked for mine instantly. Before seeing your video, my problem was leaving my door open while doing the ignition step.
I ordered my 2 (per pack) remotes from Amazon for $12.95. The cost was so much less than the dealer that I wondered were they coming with batteries included. Yes, the batteries were included!😂

just paired my 1999 f250, instead 8 times , my truck clicked at 5 cycles, took me a couple of times to pickup on my trucks locks clicking after 5 times but it works now Thank you

Ha ! Just bought this 2008 Expedition without key fobs and plastic broken on keys. Went to lock smith and had new key made and they tried programming fob and it wouldn’t work. I picked up a Dormann and tried it with this video. It worked perfectly !
