I just had to replace the screen in my billet box this past Friday. Had pretty much the same problem. I used my heat gun and a razor blade and guitar pick to get it all apart. One question I have is does billet box or any other companies sell the replacement gasket?
LOL you don’t even want to know. I had the thing all of 3 days before I broke the screen in a fishing/river mishap. FYI don’t leave your box out in the sun to dry in direct California sun. The whole reason I got it was so I could fox it myself if it ever got broken so I figured may as well dive in. It was pretty easy but I did ding the gasket a bit. I’m sure it’s fine but I would like to replace it next time I ope. it up to swap out controls or buttons.
Also thanks for the videos. I been taking stuff apart and fixing it myself since I was a kid but it’s always nice to have a video or two to watch before I get started.
Hi buddy, I received a billetbox which just seems to fire of it's own accord and want to change the whole inners over for my older ones innards and was wondering if you could do a step by step guide for this. I'm based in the UK so shipping back to the US and then waiting for it's return provided customs don't decide to send it back (again) is to much work. Really hoping you can help.

Ya. Screens are easy, but it always sucks to lose one.

why do they feel lacking in doing small details in this year's series?
It could have a little to do with some turnover in the staff. They lost a LONG TIME employee that was one of the main "builders" some time this year.
