Is radon gas a common problem in the USA (or the Appalacians)?
Are the soils high in uranium?

Does it only come in 12 foot lengths ? Are there similar products to compare it to ? Those couplings and corners are likely the first places to fail. They look cheezy. Is there some way to beef up the couplings. I do like the idea of never having to strip the forms. It seems like you would want some way to flush the system, just to verify it really works after a few years. I guess you would notice puddles around the foundation if it did not work. Right ?

I purchased it local, it was a concrete plant. Check with your mix plant, thats a good start. The dealers on form-a-drain website is for wholesale only

The joiners don’t have two levels? So earlier you said it’s great for separate radon and water channels but now here at junctions it all becomes pointless does it? 6:29

Terrible system. It silts up right away. Should be outlawed.
