I appreciate those guys for being nice.. BUT I really hope they don’t go try to catch those big fish 😅
ASK THEM IF THEY WANT KEEPS THE DAM SPILLWAY AFTER PLECOS TUNNELS THROUGH IT!!!!!👌
That was pretty strange, there was not a single sign anywhere and when they all FOUR rocked up, they were acting in a way that I, in your stead, would not have allowed that spear out of my sight; or my arm's reach for that matter..
They looked hella shady, unmarked truck, no identification - if that was a film, the plot twist would be them having hidden a body or the money from a heist there and now wanted to scout out if you found their stuff. 👀
@@HG_Budde They had an Allied Security guard with them and they told them who they were with. I think if he had been doing something really illegal they would have called the cops. I don't think he was trespassing. They were using intimidation tactics and it worked. Brandon needs a cop or game warden's advice on this and he has a friend that's a warden.
Happy holidays to your Jordan
@@alanhinkel420He was trespassing, the Mosaic guys were just being nice because they knew the no signs were posted. FYI later that same day they went out and posted trespass signs there.
I love when adults behave like adults. I understand their concern, especially with insurance purposes; at first, you could tell why they came to kick ass. Instead, they found an honest good person who was courteous and polite. Bravo to Jordan for not turning it into an issue just to get likes. This is why I keep watching every video.
They are probably going to fish it after work now they know there are big bass. 😂
Jorge_Rafa I couldn't agree more. It is awesome that they were so nice about everything including saying that they had no problem with Brandon fishing there in the future.
Yeah well if they were really that concerned about it they should post it. They don't want people messing around It should be posted. Also what people own and what people claim to own might be two different things. That's why it's always important to research an area that you're gonna spend time in. Because then when you find people trying to bluff you out of somewhere, you can tell them to go to hell. Or if it is a legitimate thing then you politely leave. There's so many people out there that have to give a c*** about what everybody does. Including young kids that want to go fishing. They put up a big stink about kids fishing. I never get why people have to act that way. What kind of childhood do they have? I mean, when they look at a child fishing. And think you know I need to get mad. I'm on my way out of this world But america is not america anymore.
@@grumpyjay37 You really are grumpy, but you’re not wrong.
Pretty sure it's public water either way and I wouldn't doubt they were really just curious what he was doing with the cameras and gear, that or they didn't want him spearing at the bass in the honey hole
You can tell a lot about the character of a man by how he approaches another man. And approaching him with hostility before he has time to explain himself shows a lot. Great job handling that Jordan.
What are you talking about? There was no hostility the security officer was completely professional from start to finish
@@stevenolinger9158 I guess we have different opinions on what’s professional.
I did not see any no trespassing signs. You might want to do some research to see if they actually own that area. That water control area looks like what the state or Feds build. And they sure as heck did not own the water flowing under the road where your cooler floated to.
It belongs to the Mosaic Mines. I live near here. Only employees of the mine are allowed to fish on company property.
Mosaic went and posted no trespass signs an hour later, they 100% own the property.
@@vinnypaolini9116they should’ve just put up, NO FUN signs.
@@BlockchainToTheFace Fair point lol. tbf they do that for a reason though, the water in that area is likely contaminated from the mines.
@@vinnypaolini9116 yeah, contaminated enough that fish flourish!
Security power tripping lol
It’s company property. Security just doing their job man.
Power tripping how? Y’all are dramatic. They were super polite about it.
Allied does that, they are cop wannabes
@@vinnypaolini9116waterways are all public, unless they own the land all around like say a lake you can't stop people from being in those waterways... legally.
@@dovahbear0 Wrong. If the waterway was created by the landowner it is private.
i just love that its private property, but not a single sign stating that lol, but you handled that well and they seemed like decent people
It's not though. The other side of the waterfall is, but not that drainage area. Thats on public property. He didn't have to leave but did to not cause anymore issues with those two guys.
I came here to say this!
pretty sure its considered public access because there is no fence and no sign and its on the side of a road. He said he did not cross the fence so there was nothing the police could even do.
thee ATTIITUDE OF that one guy WANTED a battle. Was instantly aggressive and ready for a confrontation.
The Allied Universal dude? Yeh they are... well lets say not the best security agency?? I worked for them and they are a joke.
Hope they realize after watching your stuff that you’re trying to help. Also pretty sure you were in the right to tell them to pound sand but handled it appropriately well done. When they see you fishing it next season hopefully they come chit chat and be cool
He won’t be fishing there next season. Mosaic posted trespass signs immediately after this.
I drove by this happening the other day on my way back from lunch and wasn’t sure what was going on. Crazy small world lol
where exactly was it at
Bahaha probably enough people know exactly where this is at. You think he’s gonna dox this place and have every dumbass on the internet know where this 8 pound bass is living?
Good lord, gotta love it. Mosaic and there Daggum security do not play around with any little thing.... @ night, they like to follow and chase you if they have suspicion, but their trucks are governed 😅
In Wisconsin, if there's public land up to the waterway then you can go anywhere you want as long as you're still in the water. The water is public
Use and they can't limit it
In Oklahoma a private property owner no longer has to post "No Trespassing" as it is now the responsibility of the trespasser to prove they have permission to enter said property. That being said.... In Oklahoma those waters would have been considered navigable, it can float a board basically, and they wouldn't have the legal authority to kick you out of the water. Not sure what Florida's laws are on the subject though. Considering your profession, it would be a good idea to be thoroughly versed in the laws of waterways. There are a LOT of people out there that will tell you not to do something for the pure joy of ending your fun. Great video and loved the underwater footage. There are polite ways of telling someone to leave and there are also polite ways of telling someone to pound sand and leave you alone.
And in Maine if it’s not posted your good to go.
In kentucky u do not have to post your property either. It's up to the trespasser. Also, it would be listed as non navigatable. If it was listed as navigatable. U could b on the water but only if u was floating, not swimming or wading, then u would still be tresspassing.
Same in Florida have to call the game department though
Camera man may have been trespassing
In Oklahoma, he may have been a-okay with the "persons who have a legitimate reason for entering and who, immediately upon entering, seek to conduct business" section. I mean, he was spear-fishing and filming for RUclips, which is business.
Such a broad way to word it.
Well dang it Brandon. Video was going good, bet it would’ve been a longer video, but noooo… People had to come and politely crap on your parade 😂 good video brother
Wow I love these random little spots, so much beauty hidden in the least expected places. Thanks for taking us places we would never even think of going
Those fish were so beautiful!
It's kind of funny that they had all of the concern but didn't even ask what was in the cooler. Looks like a waterway to me.
You should have business cards printed up with your name and RUclips channel. Then you could hand them out to people like these guys.
Maybe you could bring a cast net and get more plecos. Their numbers will just continue to climb in that spot. Glad you got a bunch out before they shut you down. I wish they understood what you were doing. I also wish you told them that you weren't telling people where that spot is. Maybe they thought a bunch of people would just start showing up in the future. Maybe they'll see the video and realize that you're there to do good. Might consider catching the bass and relocate them to your pond. Have a great evening Brandon.
Yes it is open to the public they do not own the water you were standing in any fwc agent will agree with that even if they don't want to
No it is not open to the public. It’s company property and the police have removed people from the water before.
@@vinnypaolini9116 those were not police bud trust me and yes the own the land but no one owns the water
@@KyleStjohn-lu6ew It doesn’t matter if they’re police they still have the authority to ask you to leave private property. Also no the water is not public, it is not a natural navigable waterway. The water was modified to be navigable as a run-off AFTER Mosaic bought the property, which makes it private. Mosaic is a phosphate company that mines and makes chemical fertilizer, the water is likely contaminated.
If it’s not open then put a fence around it. What about the lack of no trespassing signs.
The trespass signs were posted immediately after this.
You handled it like a champion. You have great people skills.
5:39 why did the fish cross the road? lol
(to get to the other side)
Who knows maybe they will invite you in the future to remove the invasive catfish. Cool under-water shots. Keep Orange Crushing It!
i hope they get to know the danger of that damn pleco and allow you to remove them
❤Brandon, you are awesome! Luv the way you handled this! Great job removing invasive species! Great job explaining how they impact the environment! Too bad you didn’t have your laptop with you to show them some of your videos!
Luved how Travis let your cooler float down the pipe!! So funny!🤣
See ya next time! Fran, Staten Island, New York 😊
Hay Jordan use a bow and arrow with a line on it 🙂 to get the evasive fish out. I love watching your videos.
First time I heard this song was from one of your videos last year. Love the song and love how you incorporate it with your underwater shots.
What song is it?? It’s a jam
@@cmetz4ivI was wondering the same thing.
@@cmetz4iv Asher - Falling
@@cmetz4iv Also check out his other video "Searching for Treasure in FLOODED Forest Underwater!! (RARE Opportunity)" The underwater stuff with this song in that video was even better.
Pretty sure easements are anywhere from 25 to 50 foot from the road. That's why they didn't have a fence up next to the road. I could almost bet money that where you were was actually public easement.
What are they afraid of?
They dumping something into the water?
Doing something greatly needed Thank you so much.
That’s impressive for a small body of water. A whole lot of brim. 😁
The two security guards were trying so hard to act tough haha
wonder dike always on the scene looking for action like a fish magnet , it keeps getting weirder and weirder
Careful...Let's not have to change all the merch to Jiggin in Prison! Keep 'em coming!
Per DHS, the facility is required to secure their property with a minimum six foot non climbable fence, meaning razor or barbed wire, INCLUDING their outfall, if they are a water or wastewater facility (which it sounds like they are). This means they need to move their fence out to the property line in order to secure that portion of the creek.
As a water plant operator, I've got no use for this kind of crap. If you as a system don't handle your business properly by fencing off any potential ingress, don't jump people for being on your property, taking advantage of an unmarked boundary to enjoy something like this. Certainly don't hide behind an LEO. Get your happy asses out there and handle it yourself.
@vinnypaolini9116 since you like to comment under everyone else's, acting like you know everything, you should read this.
When the allied security dudes walked up I’d busted out laughing
Yet you would still leave.
Why though?
In another 10 years there will be no place left to have fun. The newest tightening.
Great video
Where is this little county pond? I think we should all go fishing there. It’ll be hilarious. If like 20 people a day started showing up so funny.
You handled that very well.
No signs, and it is accessible from public property, no laws broken.
He pulled the “I’m on tv” card 😂
Not police. Just a security officer. Awesome job with the underwater shots and providing knowledge about the pleco fish!!!
Been here years watching the channel. Love straight from Belize 🇧🇿
You’re always getting the cops involved, somehow always makes for some great content
People are Karens
There were no cops.
@@alanhinkel420@ 9:08 there I see a rent-a-COP
@@beetlebailey Security Guard.
@@alanhinkel420 did you not see me already say that? Do you not know what the Rent-A-Cop is?
Hey those guys were great & next time you should treat them to 1 of your catch-n-cooks! Lol!
Hey guys sorry for providing you with a great helpful service that helps the environment!
Well done nice calm and respectful. That how it should be. No escalation and getting the police involved over nothing. Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter
So many fish in that little place.
Ask them if you could get permission to go into the water and get rid of the invasive catfish. I don't see a problem in that at all, you'r not destroying anything, rather helping native wildlife
It is a flowing water way, dunno about your state but in Tennessee flowing water way is public access
they might wanna get some signs
That was insane holy crap the fish are everywhere in there,, good thing you didn't get in trouble
Key phrase at the beginning of the video “it’s in the middle of a construction zone” lol 😂 glad everything was solved!
Terrific video composition !
Haha this was awesome Brandon, great video!
Bunch of security guards!!
I could not believe how many different species of fish was in there. That's crazy in that one little pond.
Lmao I like how they all stand there looking at Nothing
When in doubt name drop!!! Love it!
Hi Brandon. Because they okayed the fishing from the roadside, perhaps you might be able to get the suckerfish out that way...?🙏
you know what man, ive lived in Florida my whole life and i didnt know those were invasive. Thanks for the educational video and keep it up.
When I was a kid, , there were none.. zero...
Love that you plugged the show
I live in Florida, and as far as I know, water ways belong to the State. No one owns a waterway and they all belong to the public. And even if that was private, you acessed it from a county road median.
Its a FISH. Have you tried cooking them? If so, how do they taste? If not; Why not try them?
Classic case of people “owning” waterways
Those guys are jiggin fans now
I think a couple of those guys are coming back after those fish since you said there were biggies in there!😅
Thanks for sharing
You sounded really nervous talking to those gentlemen
Yeah millennials and zoomers today have no conflict deescalation skills. He was talking in circles and saying nothing. Notice how both the cops and the landowners were confused as to what they were actually doing.
I love how he's loving it you can tell by the constant lil lol
I think if you showed them those catfish and explain that fish and wildlife loves for you to get rid of the fish that don't belong there. They might would have let you get a few more out.😊
Police? You mean security.
i was there yesterday and the day before, now i see why they put the signs up 😂 i work right down the road from there
what road is it on
I like how Brandon starts scrambling, I would have pointed out that there was no "No Trespassing" signs up.
Bet they looked you up online to see if you were who you said you were! Missed their chance to get your auto! 👀😁
Wow, you’re a patient man. I couldn’t have done that without sounding sarcastic and defensive.
Officer in thumbnail...."why you sitting like your cuffed?" I don't even have to watch the video.
Love your videos and glad to see your adventures as well. Thanks for posting this too. Have a nice day now.
It seems like they just didn't want you fishing in there spot lol
That’s Polk county for you 🤣🤣🤣
Sorry these grown adults acting foolishly stupid and asking for broken Jaws. Keep up the good work
YOU FORGOT TO TELL THEM THE PLECO WILL DIG TUNNELS INTO THE DAM!!!!!!!!
They should put up a no trespassing sign lol
They did
Damn there is a ALOT of Plecos in there, They really take over.
If I was the land owner I would want you to stay and get rid of the pleco. You were doing a really good thing.
They probably thought you were surveying the water quality and testing their "run off"
Brandon J What did You Do!!!😂😅
Dang that cam, great intro footage homie 🙌 awesome vid as usual bud.
Such a banger taste of music as always
The guy doesn't owen the stream.jordan did a good job, keep up the good work!!
I thought flowing bodies of water such as rivers and creeks were state or federal property.
Cool video man keep them coming you should go back in bow fish there
Welcome to Florida. These country club and golf course people are VERY territorial.
I'm glad they were cool. Last time I did that the guy didn't even say anything. He just pulled his gun out and took a shot 😆
Well, that sucks.
But I am glad you guys worked it out!😅
Karens always have to ruin everything with their feelings
You had legal ingress and egress to a navigable waterway. In Florida, you are within your rights.
Wish you could have gotten every one of those plecos.
Fun fact: when on private property with a flowing waterway moving through it, the landowner actually owns the bottom of the riverbed, that is their property. But they cannot own the water or the surface of the water or anything floating on top of it. That is state property. So if you were to walk down a privately owned river, that would be trespassing, but doing the same act in a canoe would not.
Now if Mosiac would be held liable for the damage they have done to our eco system and pollution of our ground water.
Jordan, it would be much more humane to dispatch the fish before putting them in your cooler. That way they don’t have a prolonged death of suffocation. I have just seen other RUclipsr fisherman talk about why they do that. I’m glad everything was good with the police - you rock J!
Jordan cleans up the environment and removes invasive species. But the boys at mosaic mining company can’t have any of that..
They’re crooked. They don’t care about anything but money
Wannabe Law Enforcement…😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
