- After shattering his own 13-14 National Age Group (NAG) record in the 1650 free on night 1 and taking over the 13-14 400 IM NAG on day 2, 14-year-old Luka Mijatovic was on record watch in the 500 free on night 3, where he was already the fastest 13-14 boy by over seven seconds.
After swimming a 4:21.87 in the morning, swimmer Mijatovic found another gear tonight to post a mind-boggling 4:15.71, clearing his own 13-14 record by 1.36 seconds.

First of all that’s really fast but is it just me or does it look like he’s circle swimming.
and not kicking off the walls, definitely room for improvement
Excuse me, what's the meaning of "circle swimming"?
@@isaac_urra just like it implies, you're kind of swimming in a circle, albiet an elongated one. You usually swim down the right side of the lane on both the way down and the way back, not down the center. In racing, you want to swim in the center because obviously, you'll have to swim less distance, it matter particularly more in longer races such as this one. Circle swimming happens because that's how people usually practice since swim practices are full of swimmers all swimming in the same lane so they have to circle swim.
