    Thankkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! I found your exercise at the most opportune time. I am 80 and can feel myself getting stiff. I was able to do them and could feel the results instantly. My daughter lives over 3000 miles from me and we can now exercise together. Yea!!

    I am 60 years old woman and already feeling stiff because I have never exercised all my life. I'm also overweight with a big belly. Was thinking of doing something good for my body and found this video here. I have just finished working out with coach O, he explains everything so well. I hope to get stronger and burn some calories too, so that I can bring my navel closer to my spine ☺️. Thanks for putting up this awesome workout here.

    Thank you so much coach… Bad car accident in 2010 and a 9 to 5 or really till seven or eight at a desk, sometimes I feel older than I am.
    I am a lot better with walking, but my arms need a lot of work and any kind of weight exercise requires a lot of motivation.
    I’ve managed six days in a row a physical activity, was just not feeling it today… Stumbled across your seated exercise video and I am very grateful!
    You’re pretty right to the point and clear with your instructions, as well as made me giggle a couple of times! Thanks for making a pre-recorded video feel a little more personal and provide us with some motivation!

    Thank you so much for these exercises I find I have more strength in my legs now more walking than I use to my arthritis use to have me stiff and didn't want to move now I have more energy thanks for this healthy exercise👏👍

    Thank you for this video! I'm recovering from a surgery and I'm not able to do high-impact exercise during healing, but I was going crazy without physical activity! This workout was very challenging without aggravating my surgical site. Just what I needed, thank you!

    I appreciate Coach O's consideration of my body limitations. After my back injury I can't lean forward. But I can do lots of the routines while sitting straight up.

    I love this! I'm recovering from a piriformis injury and can't put a lot of weight on my right leg yet. I'm going crazy not exercising and this is a big help. I can do it in a chair with light hand weights. At least I'm doing something while my hip/leg is healing.

      You can most certainly add weights and incorporate resistance bands to any of these exercises to get a little more out of them!

    🙂Thank you for the valuable exercise. I do this workout of yours with weights. Am I making a mistake?
    Also, are you waving your arms too fast? Don't your muscles work better when you do slow, very slow movements?👍

    Just by doing your exercises in your video will I be building muscles in my upper body ?

      Hello! It depends on what shape you are in now, but you'll most likely be strengthening and increasing your mobility. We recommend you ask your doctor for a routine if you are looking to build muscle, as they are aware of your medical history and what may work best for you - their opinion should always come first.

      It all depends on your physical condition! You should always speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine to be safe. And if anything doesn't feel right or starts to hurt while performing any exercises, stop! You don't want to over do it.
