I am a lot better with walking, but my arms need a lot of work and any kind of weight exercise requires a lot of motivation. I’ve managed six days in a row a physical activity, was just not feeling it today… Stumbled across your seated exercise video and I am very grateful! You’re pretty right to the point and clear with your instructions, as well as made me giggle a couple of times! I love this! I'm recovering from a piriformis injury and can't put a lot of weight on my right leg yet. I'm going crazy not exercising and this is a big help. I can do it in a chair with light hand weights. At least I'm doing something while my hip/leg is healing.
