Should've just given the showcase to The Undertaker at least then you get more variety of matches along with some ideas for inherent match types

I counted recently 33 released superstars in this video game roster. That's crazy to me. They really needed to fill up character selection
They removed Daniel Bryan and bo Dallas
Man wish there was more matches from the showcase. Especially more matches from WCW and maybe one for ECW like they did for Steve Austin's showcase. Hell, my mind would have been blown if they made a deal with AAA and CMLL to get some of those Rey matches.
Agreed they did Rey dirty here. They didn't even include his Rumble win or first world title win at WM22.

This roster irritates me, you have all these attitude era versions of guys, but then only have modern HHH and Rock. Mr. T was leaked as DLC, but only have 2000's Hogan.
Modern Rock sucks same with HHH, we need classic version of these guys

Still upset & disappointed (but I'm not even surprised tbh after all these years) that these aren't in the game besides no new matches & some Superstars that everyone talks about. For me, I am the only one who dissapointed that:

Game looks ok, most things stayed the same. The my faction looks a lil interesting. Still bothers me that advanced custom entrance was taken out for creating wrestlers is my main thing for these games. But oh well, will have to deal with it. As always. Hou do great informative videos. Love this channel!!
I feel like we shouldn't just "deal with it." That sets a precedent that 2K will think they can do whatever they want and remove whatever they want and have no pushback.

I have no idea which Rey Mysterio I'm gonna use in Universe Mode 😭 I wish most of them were attires with the different versions having entrance and moveset differences.

@@GodOfFux - That's a good idea since normal Rey has the highest overall. I think I'm gonna go with '05 though and create the attires for those earlier years.
@@DonDeLem nice. Don’t forget you can always adjust the overalls. You can even have Rey ‘05 be the highest overall and you can always change entrances etc. have fun!

March 28, 1999 not 1998. Also they got a lot of superstars movesets wrong as well.

I'm hoping you can unlock HBK and Road Dogg's current versions as seen in MyRise mode.

everything is way too outdated, they must’ve added wrestlers, attires, arenas, etc when they first started working on it 2 years ago. And then worked on the gameplay and quality. It should’ve been the other way around. Don’t think I’m gonna buy it, way too expensive for basically nothing.

I thought I heard mentioned wrestlers would have alternate attires? I don't see really anything but for Seth Rollins and The Undertaker?
Also really annoying DLC given to us are wrestlers that we've already had in past or even recent games.
Really can't give us Mick Foley, classic Triple H, and classic Rock? Like not sure how we get things taken away just rewarded back to us for something we have to pay for? I know the roster will never be perfect for everyone but the decisions made are idiotic for the classic roster at times. Three Scott Halls? Three Kevin N.'s but we can't get alternates now for The Rock & Triple H?
Rock is my goat so his retro absence hurts + I can’t properly do a attitude era or ruthless aggression era universe mode unless community downloads come through.. which they most likely will.

So is the only way to get the NWO pack is by purchasing the nwo edition? Because in the past if you purchased the deluxe edition you would still receive the special edition content

WWE must hate Adam Cole and The Fiend that much to cut them and a select few out of the game but kept many of the other wrestlers that were released before or along with them. Also that Zelina shade.
Most likely they wanted to not be featured. Well, Cole signed with AEW, thats a clear reason to be withdrawed

the accelerator unlocks everything except for what you unlock by beating the showcase storyline, i can only assume it's to incentivize playing it
So, I set my Series X's location to New Zealand to play it early(got the nWo 4 Life Edition), and apparently all the unlockables were already unlocked.
I know I didn't install(or at least I removed) the Supercharger so that wouldn't happen, so what gives?!
I think that version just has it all unlocked, like the charger thing is almost pre-installed or something. Don't have the exact explanation but mine was the same.

It's a let down they didn't add any new match types
so No world heavyweight title? only the NWO version? makes no sense since 1 of Rey's biggest matches was at Mania 22

Is chain wrestling still in the game and is their option to make matches Normal, Slow, or Fast like previous games
I've not seen chain wrestling but thats not to say its removed. Not seen the other option.

I hope unlock MyRise Arena of Japan Pro-Wrestling, Mexico Plaza, High School Gym, WWE Performance Center (if possible unlock to playable for Select Arena), Winter Fest (Snowing Outdoors), Hell's Colosseum, Baseball Stadium, Parking Lot, Metropolitan Center, High School Gym Run-Down, Reilly Flash's Wrestling Academy & WrestleMania on WWE 2K22.
Too bad there's no WWE Championship (Eco-friendly) belt, nor Raw Is War '98 Arena, nor SmackDown '99-'01, nor WWE Velocity on WWE 2K22.
His wwe debut should be in. Just use whatever matches we can from superstars we dont have to pay for.

I hope we can change the entire control scheme not just the pin meter Although i like the new one it's the rest of the controls i don't like i hope we can change it to be like 2k19 again I don't think we need new controls for every new game that comes out i want it to be the same controls every time i don't see the point of a dodge or block button reversal button is all we need this is looking more like a Fighting game mixed with side scrolling with the camera angle this is a huge selling point in my opinion i really hope it doesn't stay that way and they have the option to change them

Disappointing, I’d say worse than Bryan’s showcase which was a step back from Austin’s showcase

It’s always possible in Exhibition. It just impossible in Universe Mode
