Do you know if there is a 180 quick release slider adjustment for these? Not sure what's compatible.

does the arms have rubber or uhmw lining where they attach to the rack so it doesnt have metal on metal contact? Also how different is it to perform dips on these jammer arms vs dip bar attachment?
I don't think so, but they are secure and do not move so there is no friction.
@@MikeHealy one more question, you cannot adjust the loadable sleeve & handle separately right? I got a different answer when i messaged mikolo support so wanted to confirm with you. Thanks in advance
@@empireofhearts The arms do have some rubber stuff on the inside to keep from scraping the metal. Not sure If i understand the question but you can switch the handles and even flip the arms so they are positioned differently.
I mean can you position handle and lodable sleeve separately at different positions?
