Extremely Rusty and Destroyed Meat Grinder Restoration
In this video I am restoring a extremely rusty and destroyed meat grinder. I bought this meat grinder from flea market.
I began the restoration by disassembling the meat grinder. When I disassemble the parts of the grinder there was a lot of debris inside the grinder and a lot of rust on the inside side of the grinder. I did electrolysis to remove rust from all parts of the meat grinder. One part of the grinder was broken, and some parts were worn. I repaired all the parts.On the inner side of the meat grinder hot bluing with cooking oil and painted on the outer side. After restoring all parts of the meat grinder, assembled all the parts. After restoring Meat Grinder I tested it and it was working perfectly.

Nice job and it looks fantastic. The only thing i would do differently is sand the cutting plate on a very flat surface (like you did the blade) to ensure it is nice and flat so the blade makes full contact on the plate all the way around. But nice video and good end result well done 👏👍🏻

@@AyazRestoration а я уверен, поверхности ножей должны быть шлифованные на станке и иметь режущие кромки, а у вас они завалены и мясорубка выполняет роль мясодавки.

Всё работает. Нож с 4 лезвиями заточен. Единственное - этот нож лучше затачивать не наждачкой.

@@AlexeiDerbenko ага, рассказывайте кому нибудь другому. я же вижу какой фарш и как выходит из мясорубки, его попросту выдавливает оттуда, попадется мясо чуть пожесче и ваше произведение встанет. хорошо хоть понимаете, что на наждачке ножи не заточить. но четырех лучевой нож заточить мало, у решетки тоже должны быть режущие кромки. и единственный станок на котором это можно сделать качественно, плоскошлифовальный.
