Johnny is going to be serving more than 29 years. In Korea, they charge an offense, which he WILL be found guilty for, disrupting a business. The other charges will then be prosecuted individually, and since he's already a convicted fellon, there will be an ENHANCEMENT on the time. Now add that for more and more felonies that are STILL coming in, will wind up having Johnny staying there until he's dead. As for Johnny being released, he CAN'T leave the country as the Korean government will prevent him from leaving by plane or boat, not to mention that he's tracked 24/7 due to the CCTV all over the place. Also Johnny WILL do hard labor working in a factory, a chain gang, or working picking cabbage in the fields. Deep fakes are illegal, Johnny was BLASTING porn in public, which is illegal, and several other felonies in public. Johnny IS being charged as there is a hearing for a felony already, so he's done and dead.

I mean, you literally see it here and there. Even this channel calls countries like S.Korea and Japan "racist" for not being very welcoming to black people, when the "representation" black people mainly have all over these countries are people who mainly do scams and fraud, not to mention people like this Somali guy on the internet. My country in SEA also has a lot of black foreigners coming regularly, and what you see on local news often are them committing crimes. I'd say countries like Korea and Japan are justifiably being "guarded" rather than outright racist, because they see the writing on the wall "give them an inch, they will take a mile". Our country and culture is way less guarded and more open to all foreigners, but what we got out of it is that they just constantly repeat the same sh*t over and over even when they still get arrested for it.

#1 He is facing trial (as in, he went from a complaint being filed against him, to the police investigating, to the police referring him to the prosecutor (at which point there is a 90% conviction rate...), to the prosecutor investigating, and then sending him to trial in a fraction of the time it usually takes.
#2 Currently only facing trial for "Interfering with a Business" which has a max sentence of 5 years and a 15mio Won fine
#3 Additional charges can get stacked onto this trial though, and if they do he will only count as a first time offender for the FIRST CHARGE. Which is the lowest of the offenses he committed.
#4 Even if he were to get a suspended sentence, he'll be stuck in Korea for the entirety of it, no leaving.
#5 If he cannot pay the fines, he will have to do hard labour. Options are factory worker, street cleaner chain gang, or farming, eg. picking cabbages.
He is royally fucked, and I hope he is going away for a long, long time for his horseshit.

The fact that he's being tried just days after being investigated, shows they want to throw the whole book at this clown.
He's already suffering there just being banned from leaving. He's not being detained in a jail cell, he has to find his own way of living there with little to no help and burn through his money because of it.
Also, this is just for ONE crime so far. He hasn't been dinged yet for everything else he's done, but by God are they going to.

Not a chance. He's pissed off the entire country, the parliament knows about him, the police have already handed over the case to prosecutors, the emergency passport he received from the US Embassy does not allow him to leave Korea because of his criminal investigation. Ramsey Khalid Ismael is cooked like a Thanksgiving turkey, complete with Korean cabbages.

Shouldn't by now be put on some worldwide "not entry" list?
I mean all countries by now must know the guy is entering their country for no good.

What i find it so funny that Johnny's own discord chat is trying to get him killed. Like really really trying to get him killed via all those suggestions. And he believed them.

I really do hope he gets at least 10 years. Might actually teach him something about consequences for one’s own actions.

Korea had the longest unbroken chain of slavery of any civilization in history.
And the black guy thought it was a good idea to spit on their culture.
