The baby pond monster is actually an Argentine Black and White Tegu, native to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, they have 2 venom glands but they do not pose any harm to humans, they also only attack when provoked.
You can keep him in one room with no beta particles, clean the room everyday, keep it in the room for a couple days, clean it and give it a antidote of Alfa particles that should get rid of all the beta particles on or in the baby Pond monster so you can keep it. And train it so Phil will be ok with keeping it. I have dyslexia so bair with my punctuation and spelling.
