Coco's Normal Heavy is literally Kiryu Kazuma's signature kick from the Yakuza Like A Dragon series
I'm sorry I missed it. I haven't played any Yakuza game before so I didn't think much of it.
The Tanto (that air sword) is a type of shortsword (or knife, if you're edgy) that is heavily tied to Yakuza culture, usually featured as their weapon of choice or as the tool used for Yubitsume (cutting one's own fingers as a form of apology). That specific tanto is also found in one of the most prominent Coco fanarts (the one with the flaming blade with the white background).

I think the sword might just be a shoto that was extended for gameplay purposes (attack range). All the Yakuza games feature it, so it would make sense for the Yakusa Dragon to have one too. Plus, she does show it off a lot in her 3D streams.

It is her real tail. The plug-in tail stuff was just for fun. Just look its placing in her 3D model. It comes from her lower back.
Also, the velociraptor in the "Arc-haic Assault" move it also a reference to "ARK", and that meme face represent "kaigai-niki", or more specifically, the Reddit users (also named "reddit-niki").
I'm too broke to buy Guilty Gear, so as soon as I saw the Potemkin cosplay, I got the urge to install the game and since then, she was my main most of the time
Why it is Kanata is because they are very close and used to live together.
Haachama is another Hololive member who was fairly compotent in English (before Hololive English) so Coco and her often did English together.
Also, Haachama's English inspired Coco to join Hololive, and once there, they became close friends. So, yeah, heavy reasons for the cosplay there.

I believe the hair of her Kiryu Kazuma outfit is a reference to her real self, Kson, and the reason Melody is included is because A, they collabed together, and B, she is now a part of VShoujo.
I don't know if you remember, but Coco brought up wanting to collab with Melody before management told her to not mention Melody anymore (because of her lewd content). This was around the time Melody was starting to really take off in popularity.

A minor typo at 0:52, you put suck and I think you meant stuck.
Also as for Weather Hackers there's actually 2 versions, the first and the one used by Cover was the censored version while the true version that she wanted she literally says "good morning motherfuckers".
