I love escape the fate
I was 9 years old when I first listened to this and still listening
digging this whole album it's got a unique sound. Especially the chorus of this song. Definitely a step up

Just because a lyric was used once before hand doesn't mean it is owned by that band/artist. If it did well..... we'd all have a large amount of censorship on our language. I see it as he says "You're tempting, lipstick napkins" as he means a woman who is tempting him and he's describing the attributes of her, rather than saying "She's wearing lipstick" he implies it. This can be related to "Get up get out before you do something you're going to regret" as she might not be in a position to do anything there without consequences. (i.e. married or committed)
So rather than claiming that it's plagiarism, take some of the context into consideration and maybe think that just cause it's used in a song, they didn't create nor do they own it.
