Díky, jsi můj hrdina. To je jediný návod, který mi umožnil aktualizaci map. A nejlepší na tom je, že tato metoda je odlišná od té, kterou uvádí Škoda ve svém návodu.

Akorát je potřeba zjistit velikost karty ve vozidle a podle toho nahrát mapový balíček,
nebo si zakoupit větší kartu........😉

Hi, I have Skoda Rapid Ambition from 2014 and I have RNS 310 Amundsen radio. On the official Skoda site after entering my VIN it states that there's no update to download for my car and I have to buy SD card. Is there any way to download the update?
Skoda does not support the ONLINE update for RNS 310 Amundsen radio. Online support is only for Amundsen MY 2016 and later. I am sorry. I do not know advise you.
Thank you for this! I tried once unsuccesfully. I had followed the update manuel on the update portal website, but it was not specific enough. I copied the entire folder (the one called STD) over to the SD card. But then i got an error when i put the SD card in the car. But now in your tutorial i see that you are only supposed to copy the "maps" folder. They should have specified this in the update manual on the website..

Děkuji za super návod. Jedno video je lepší než tisíc návodů v tištěné formě. Ještě se chci zeptat, kdyby náhodou někdo věděl... Ta aktualizace je vždy zdarma a můžu jí provádět třeba co půl roku? Někde jsem četla, že na aktualizaci zdarma mají nárok lidé do 3 let od koupi vozidla. Nebo už ta info neplatí a teď to dávají zdarma všem a neomezeně?
Ďakujem ! Áno, aktualizovať sa dá káždý polrok, nové verzie sa zvyčajne objavia vždy v 6 a 11 mesiaci. Zatiaľ je to zdarma a neobmedzené.
Hello! I have a problem...
The available update files is too large for my original Skoda SD card! The card is only 8 Gb and todays update files requires at least 16 Gb. I updated last time in 2020, but now I wonder if you know about any "older" update files that would fit my card and version? Today I am running the version "ECE DL3 2020". Thank you!

you have two options:
1. buy a 16 or 32 GB SD card - 16 GB for a partial region, 32 GB for the whole EU ( - 16 GB original I will send you for €75, or 32GB compatible for €100.If you want, write to me at 91101trencin@gmail.com)
2. you can edit the data on the card, ECE3 2023 has 8.81 GB, you need to reduce it to approx. 7.8 GB

ds\PRODUCT
there are regions E4, E6, E11 there are regions, choose the one you don't need, just select and delete one region only,
or
(F:)\maps\00\sds
there are language versions, delete the ones you don't need. Language versions do not take up much space on the SD card, this may not be enough.

ds\PRODUCT , inside there are regions marked E4 E6 and E11, delete the one you don't need (try the one you won't miss)
or
folder \maps\00\sds, inside are language versions with names by state (AT AD BE CZ ...VA) delete the one you don't need

Zaleží na rýchlosti karty, ak máte originál, trvá to cca 30s - 1 minútu

Hello, do you plan to update the maps for the Czech Republic? I downloaded the ECE 4 2021/2022 maps and there are still several sections where the speed was changed from 70 km / h to 50 km / h more than 2 years ago and the map still has a speed of 70 km / h. Thank you.

Are the maps downloaded from the Skoda Update Portal linked with the cars VIN number.
I recently retrofitted an Amundsen navigation system on my 2016 Rapid and was wondering if I can download map updates using a VIN from a car that had a factory fitted navigation system?
The maps downloaded from the Škoda Update portal are not linked with the vehicle's VIN number. The VIN is only used to identify the installed infotanment. When you download maps on the VIN of the original vehicle or a similar version of the vehicle and model year, the maps will work.

My current vesrion is ECE1 2018. Does the update need to be new ECE1? Or can I choose other maps like ECE2-3-4-5-6?? I have sdhc card 32GB? I tried to install ECE6 complete Europe but the system doesn’t recognize it. Where is the issue? Anyone? Thanks.
you must use the Skoda Compatible Card, a standard card from the store will not work for Skoda navigation. (I have the SD 16 or 32 or 64GB available)

Hi, I have a problem extracting the file; it says there's a 'ROUTING NDS' file. What can I do? Thanks.
I never had a problem with extraction, there are several ROUTING.NDS files in the folders. They are repeated several times in different folders. I use 7-zip.

Mužů se zeptat prosím. Potřeboval bych někde sehnat mapy na starší oktávku. Ta origo karta stojí 5 tisíc. Nevíte někdo jestli se do dá nějak obejít zadarmo?

The license is valid for 3 years and what it offers officially should be downloaded to the original sd card during that time.
Otherwise on your vin cod you will see updates that are available for your car and after unpacking and uploading the update should work on the original sd card work
Dobrý den, potřebovala bych poradit. Koupila jsem ji SD kartu - 64 gb. Na stránkách byla dostupná pouze jedna mapka o velikosti 7 gb, stahování proběhlo rychle. Problém je, že nemohu naistalovat stažena data do systému. V čem může být problém? Děkuji za reakci.
Formátovat na nt něco a potom to bude fungovat
Nazdarek, tie radia Amundseny beru vyhradne len Škodovacke SD karty alebo sa dá doplniť aj iná? Lebo 16GB karta celú EU nepokryje zrejme... aj keď súbor ma 15,7 GB
V amundsene fungujú len karty koncernu Skoda a VW. Na celú EU potrebujete už 32 GB kartu. Mám pre Vás riešenie, napíšte mi na mapy@LTProfit.sk.
@@vinlocation8852 nakoniec mi stačí aj tá menšia Skodovacka no problém vidím že po nakopirovani údajov sú mapy hneď k dispozícii aktualizované alebo treba dať v “Informace o verzi” a kliknúť altualizovat ?
Lebo vidím mapy aktualizované ale keď stlacim aktualizovať tak hodí chybu “Chyba: Dáta nedostupná vložte zdroj s daty pro aktualizaci sw nebo zkonytolujte zdroj”
Pričom karta je origo a update zo stránku podľa VÍN

by mal všetko fungovať, ak je karta originálna a nepoškodená. Mapy sa do Amundsenu neaktualizujú, pracuje sa s dátami na karte - mali by byť hneď po vložení karty k dispozícii

there are maps for israel. It is very likely that the maps are compatible.

NO. It can only be done with an SD card configured for Škoda infotainment

J’ai suivi votre tuto a la lettre mais je crois que vers la fin vous avez demandé de supprimer le contenu de la carte pour qu'elle puisse entrer dans la SD. Resultat depuis, je n'ai plus rien et a chaque fois le gps me demande d'introduire une carte valide. Je suis desespéré. Que faire? Je n'ai plus du tout de GPS. Merci de me donner une solution

Select Passat from 2017, Discover Media system.
Try if it will work.
Make a backup of your card before deleting it (old maps).
