Let's look back at your baseline- just trying to find it here. Okay here it is. So yeah, alright. So your first one you completed in 45 minutes, and you cut it down to 5 minutes. This was so relaxing. During the section at 7:03 when you rubbed the tennis ball between your hands, my scalp exploded with tingles. That consistent, subtle sound and the intermittent whispered and soft spoken dialogue that you offered were a great combination. The beginning interview portion with the sound of the heavy weight paper was nice as well. And I loved the piece about two thirds of the way in too with the hand rubbing sounds and the putty/gel product that you had.
