Genius, actually you're already quite famous in the programming world for your neat tools. I wonder if you can avoid Issues with Flask and Wheel if you use a different language. You're trying to solve speech translation problem and then you run into web application development problems. They are 2 different class of problems, but I guess you're dependent on the python libraries you want to use.

Good decision on not deep diving right into web server voodoo, that can get complicated real fast. I've noticed the improvement in video quality too, nice work!
