    すごく贅沢な食材・時間・空間を感じました。天ぷらってほんとに難しいし、お店ごとに使う油も違うから同じに見えて全然違いますよね。ドラゴンフルーツって天ぷらになってるの初めて見ました。マレーシアでも食べると思うけど、フライにしたりするものなんでしょうか。

      「ずっと食べ続けられることを考えて選んだ油」という彼の言葉通り、どれだけ食べても胃もたれしなかったですね👏
      ドラゴンフルーツはマレーシアでも果肉食しか見たことないですけど、皮の天ぷらはわずかにほろ苦くてサクサクして美味しいですよ!
