The main point is; In the old Turkish music, especially Ottoman music, there was a musical scale called "Nihavend Makamı" (Its a "Sol Major Gam" if it makes it more clear) and also there were a kind of melody named "Nihavend Melodisi" which was only used in Ottoman Empire Orchestras'. Mozart used both the "Nihavend Makamı" and "Nihavend Melodisi" in Rondo Alla Turca. Also "Rondo Alla Turca" means "Turkish March" anyway. So the notes were out of his mind but the melody and Music scale wasnt mainly him. Which makes Rondo Alla Turca a "Mozart remix" of Nihavend Music which was used by Ottomans (and Ottomans are Turkish).
