I read this as a teen and I remember it had an impact on me but I was too young to fully grasp it. I read it again in one day when I saw that it was on a shelf where I was at that day. Now I get it. I will always have a copy and read it a often as needed so I don’t forget.

Coelho, for many hours of pleasant reading My brother bought me the Alchemist for my 25 birthday about a week ago, and now i see that book and i are about the same age, and i feel connected with the young shepherd, i'm about half way through the book, it's my first time reading it, and it gets more interesting as i keep going
