My dear Miss P, Yes I am well, doctors had done fine their job, my body has recovered, I follow healthy patterns (eating fruit & vegetables, sleep 7-8 hours a day, drink 2- 3 l of fresh water every day) and returned to exercise, filming in the forest and climbing up my beloved mountains, I am under medical surveillance of course. I am happy I can say this, my dear friend, I feeling much better. More hugs!!

Hello Richard, I use to hike on weekends by this forest called "Sierra de las Cruces" the forest is composed of pines and firs, it is located 9000 to 10,800 feet over sea level (México city is at 3,650 feet). Hola Rudy, Caminé 3 horas y subí hasta 3,500 msnm para llegar a varios manantiales donde el agua es muy limpia y clara, forman el río Magdalena, esa agua se usa para el consumo humano, pero en el cauce del río, cuando pasa por laqqs zonas habitadas se contamina, es una pena. Deseo te encuentres bien al igual que tu familia, saludos hasta la Selva Negra. Francisco
