Kip, since I discovered your channel I have been binge watching and you never cease to amaze! Watching your videos have helped this old man remember his time on the grandparents farm and especially milking the cow by hand. As a kid who could resist squirting a little at the cats. This was usually followed by a slap on the side of the head and a boot to the ass when Grandpa knocked you off the stool and spilt the milk. I miss those times. Keep the great videos coming and stay safe.
Thankyou great info for the kids you did a great job with the children 4 of them r my grandkids thankyou so much the kids look like they had a blast the world needs more people like u thankyou !!!!!
Kip and family. This field trip will be remembered by these kids. You made it entertaining, educational, RELATABLE, and fun! Some of the kids had some great questions too. Rochelle did a fine job of filming and Ashley grabbed that Baby up like it was a loose football at the super bowl. Great job guys, the schools need more field trip just like this. That you once again for all that you do to promote the dairy industry, the great YT channel to show the adults just how much work it is to have a farm. God Bless you all!
Nice job! All kids should see, and experience, what a dairy is and does to get milk, cheese, yogurt, cream to America's kitchen tables every day. Really great that you guys did this. I dug it, too.
The way you answered WILLOWs question shows your character and intent. Amazingly GREAT. Michell did excellent job as did the pretty lady on baby rescue team.Excellent video that makes for a warm heart, good feel.
That’s really wonderful what you and your family do to teach families and little kids that there is a lot more to the food they eat than just picking it off the store shelf. I also like how it shows that the animals are very well cared for and respected, unlike a lot off the negative publicity that usually hits the news. Well done 👍
Great job. I was lucky enough to grow up on a farm. It upsets me that alot of people have no idea where milk or beef or even eggs come from. Absolutely nothing better then touring a farm. Excellent job all of you.
Good job Kip teach the kids and the parents how their food is produced. A wiseman once told me " 2 generations from the the farm and they forget how food is produced. They think it comes from the supermarket" he was a former ministry of agriculture Ontario. Good of you and your family to make your farm a classroom for a day
Great field trip. Always good to show what we do on the farm.. I help a farmers wife take field trips in the fall on their pumpkin and corn farm. Before the virus we averaged 2200 kids during September and October. Every day was a reward for me to tell the how and why farmers feed the world. I applaud you for doing the same thing.
Well Kip this was a great video. The new camera woman was first class and your sister in law was brilliant with the kids as you all were. What away to teach the youngsters about were there dairy products come from top work team Kip. Showing them calves all way through to the milking cows and how they were fed, brilliant Kip and team. It was educational and funny when the baby went crawl about into the calve pen. I wish we could do this Kip but my uncle and mum won't let me so I will keep trying as time goes past. Keep up the great work Kip and God Bless you as you and your family do this.
You all do a great job. This is one of the best dairy farming channels on RUclips! My Dad grew up on a farm. He's 92 in November. It was a typical SE KY depression era farm. A highly prized mule team, and a gob of kids to work it. 240 or so acres, maybe 15 tillable, most of that mountain land was logged. They raised tobacco for a cash crop. Grandpa got the first wagon on Frozen Creek, most people were too poor to own a wagon, but some owned sleds like my grandpa did. The rest was a large garden and corn, hay, maybe soybeans etc. for animal feed. Coal was readily available too, and my dad and his slightly younger brother were part time miners, or more correctly coal gatherers. Grandpa knew how to blast with TNT. I got to make butter in one of those glass hand crank churns. They also hunted wild game. They were dirt poor, but well fed.
Very cool, it's great that you do things like this. It's a shame how so many places have stopped doing tours like this because of insurance. This is something that those kids will never forget!
When I was in high school, worked for my uncle. 200 milk cows with a 8 cow carasoul. 1 man milking parlor. And we had a lot of tours, it was interesting some of the comments by town people who had never been on a farm before
Fantastic , video , and am shaw Mum would be looking down and enjoying the enjoyment that you family is giving to all these youngsters good on you, 👏👏👏👏👏👏
You guys did great on filming and leading the group, all very interesting. The only thing I expected that wasn't shown was some of the equipment which those kids probably would have been thrilled with, but I realize it was about the cows. And, lucky you saw and got that baby so quickly.
Did a good job on relating what the kids knew like having a name comparing that to an ID ear tag. The one I liked best was the silos are like a refrigerator. All in all a good tour and video. Well done.
Awesome job Kip we have a 1000 cow dairy where i live that does a field trip for kids every year it’s awesome I wish more dairies would do what you guys do keep up the good work and god bless you and your family the backbone of America
Awesome job Kip. It’s always great to see people giving back to their community. And even better when it’s someone who so obviously cares! Keep up the great work!
Mr Kip, I take my hat off to you, great video, love the interaction with others, teaching as well as hard work, well why not, I’m 55 and still learning, you and your family, keep well.
When I worked for a milk equipment dealer, I set up a working miking system for (I think) 10 cows at our local fair. It had a glass pipeline we had sitting around and it showed the milk actually flowing to an old flat top milk tank (just like your water tank!) also set up. They had 10? cows there and they milk one cow at a time throughout the day using a milker unit from a local farm. The bleachers were set up for people to sit down and also so that everyone (100 at a time!) can see. There is someone that has a mike and explain all the steps and take questions from the audience. The biggest ooohs and aaaahs they get is when a cow do a dump! Lol! The response we get is quite amazing, to say the least, especially from those who never set foot on a farm! This is supported by the local Rotary club who also supports the queen of the fair! Good job Kip, and may anyone else who is thinking about this, it is a great deal and I think important, to educate the public!
Did the news media pick up on what the tour was , they should ! Remarkable , you , the young ladies did a outstanding job 👍 memories , forever ! Thank you ! Bob
This was great! Educating for me as well. I knew there was alot of work involved on a dairy farm but your videos really put it in perspective. My cousin Rick Guerrero turned me on to your channel and I 've enjoyed watching your videos. I'm from Capac/Imlay City but have lived in Florida now for 44 years but go back home to Imlay City couple of times a year. Rick talks often about the Seiglers and I feel like I know you all..😁....you're doing a great job with your videos..keep it up!! From a new big fan!!
Great of you in these touchy times To open your doors for the public to see what you do , not just the kids but maybe especially the adults !! Good time of year for it too , not hot not to many flies etc!!!
You guys did an amazing job. I grew up on a dairy farm but have moved away from it but really missing it. And now I’m trying to make it back into farming. Really love watching your videos.
Great job Kip!!! It takes a lot of work to clean the place up and take time out to give tours but is very important to our industry. Thanks for giving future milk drinkers a great experience on a dairy farm
Kip, I was raised on a farm and farm to this day. Corn, soybeans, wheat, hay and beef cattle. I’ve never been on a dairy until this Summer. I took my own “field trip”. What you are doing is awesome! Keep up the good work. Let’s Go!
1 michigander to another, That is awesome, I love seeing kids get excited over farm animals . It's our responsibility to educate people on where food comes from.
Excellent job Kip you an your family do it all ! I was blessed to be a 4 h leader when your sister Julie was young an showed cattle with my sister Rebecca it sure was great back then to pass information to the younger kids I always loved that part the political part of the fair kind of got in the way of that sometimes but we did the best we could it was a pleasure to work with your Dad an mom an Grampa back then keep up the good work I enjoy so much watching all of you work together so well I hope there will be a Sidlar farm for many more generations !
I'm glad that you do these tours maybe those kids will grow up knowing milk doesn't come out of a plastic container. That there is a way of life that puts it there and is done with a great deal of pride. Great job by you and your family, you have giving enough to the people with your service in the military good things will always come your way but thanks for educating those kids.
I remember doing the farm tours on our family farm years ago. So much fun seeing the reactions of kids that have never been on a dairy farm! Great job kip and family!!

Everyone did a fantastic job explaining things to the kids, did a great job listening for or to the kids questions and answering those questions that they had. I would like to have one of those frizzbizes. Even if they aren't anything spectacular or without ur name on it, I'd take one if possible.
