For the 3 north american players - I'm not sure if this has already been suggested or if you've already done it, but if you send a youth scout to the USA/Canada and sign 3 young players, that might work?
Suggestion: Since Isak/Lautaro are gone, you should go for Jonathan David or Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Both young, have real faces, and wouldn’t cost as much as Lautaro or Isak

For the North America signings requirement, they have to having around or close to the current ones of your squad and not just random low rated players
Fifa needs a feature where you buy a player but can loan them back out to team bought from or ask for the transfer to go through end of season like football manager

The passing ain’t broken, it’s just not dat easy to make a rock hard 40 yard on the grund through ball perfectly placed on the attackers feet, in real life🤷♂️ it’s more realistic dat passes dat are hard to make in real life ain’t perfect all the time in the game. U basically just have to learn when to make dat hard pass in the game, probably when u have to risk things, but when ur in the lead u can play more safe passes to secure the win and keep possession
For South American players, you can buy youth with progress. They all have games faces Velasco (18) independente - Lm Paulinho (20) Bayer Leverkusen - cam Pedro (19) Watford- striker

You should go for Calvert-Lewin as new striker at the beginning of next season, he is good in the air and you are using more crosses with this team. And for an american player I would have signed Josh Sargent, amazing young striker with great potential.
I don't get why aren't u doing that youth development objective. It's so easy u can just get 1 scout and sign gk, defender etc. And then u can just release them
In the summer transfer window if you're looking to replace aubameyang look at martial he has the pace and its realistic because Man Utd have transfer lifted him IRL He might also give you the vibes of a certain former french arsenal legend

Matt, the objective wants the players to be crucial first team players that’s why it didn’t work. EA just made it incredibly vague with no explanation. This happens for all of those continent objectives and the sign x amount of young players too. Also the is a bug where no matter how well a substituted player plays after coming onto the pitch they get given poor or bad form. This ruins dynamic potential and makes it incredibly hard to get young players to grow using sub game time. Thanks,

That was actually an issue FIFA 21 as well. I also signed 3 North Amercan players, and nothing changed.

Buy Ivan Toney or Vlahović for striker. Theyre very good players. Vlahovoc is doing good for fiorentina and Toney is doing good for brentford
