I had every opportunity to know this band before his death but sadly I hadn't heard of them. I found them years later on Metal Archives. I started hitting the random band button and would listen to clips of the songs to find new bands. Windir popped up and is to this day one of the best bands I found this way. I'll also add Gris, Austere and Make a Change... Kill Yourself to the list
