Next question, if the new embankment expose to stagnent water for a long time, it will effect the strength of embankment? For example, drainage culvert on stg1 done for construction/embankment already completed , however water in new drainage culvert cant discharge trough it due stg2 stuck the construction process for (outlet).
Next question, wht will happen if we do not install/forgot to put drainage blanket for rewall construction near to river bank? Whts the purpose of drainage blanket to be applied inside the rewall.

Can you explain in simple way, how to know the characteristic of soil that good for use as a fill material? In my project site, my consultant always rejected my fill material based on soil colour, without considering the soil characteristic (proctor? Sampling?) Its not fair, cause we do not know either the soil is suitable or no.
