Since partition this family has lost its glory and respect to the colonial propaganda that wiped off much of our traditions and civilizational assets. I cry and hope to see the remaining rababis performaning at the Golden Temple, Amritsar. Sikhs are a bridge of love between Hindus and Muslims. Taufail Nayazi, during his young days went village to village singing folk tunes that spread awareness about protecting cows who are holy to the Hindus. This man is a true example of our pluralistic society that is still being dismantled. Hope is what I can have. All we can do is spread Taufail Ji's music to those who need the aural nutrition.
