So 70% of that 20% ho damage, which is only 14% hp damage if you have a shit ton of hp, black cleaver stacked and 3 points in r. Fiora can scale to do that with an aa or 4 times with r. This panth adjustment is not op or even strong at all, just a nice lil bonus.

Edit: Thing is whenever I see too many mistakes on the part of enemies or videomaker it's sucking fun out of it for me. I start to focus on them whenever I like that or not and thus I ussualy avoid watching low tier players just because of that habit.
