1122Hz is a synthesis or "meta" frequency derived from calculating the output function of the first 12 direct solfeggio tones. As an output function, the essence of each of its tributaries are brought together in the summation of its collective center point, suggesting the integration and synthesis of the solfeggio number family group. Great care and attention to detail have gone in to the construction of this track, infusing the Golden Proportion in to virtually every aspect of it; including tempo, duration, carrier tone to entrainment program ratios, the entrainment deceleration process, as well as the peaks and troughs of the music itself. The entrainment program in this track decelerates to an alpha level at 7.91Hz on a 93.5Hz carrier tone, making this track ideal for active morning meditation, study, and creative visualization. This track can be used for further actualizing the benefits of the previous solfeggio frequencies, or as an entry level tool for solfeggio meditation. I was born here as a walk-in...humans do not say things they usually would think and feel before they are born here...but where this pollution comes from is confusing me...what stops a man and woman from being the person they were before? and knowing that they will come across problems being born here why is it the normal?

I like to listen to this early morning, with headphones, and close my eyes and drift a bit..then, I keep a pad and pen handy and many ideas for journaling and stories, or just solutions to problems, or a semi-plan for the day may come to me. Refreshing, really and gives me a nice mental clarity after a good night's sleep when I am still coming awake, anticipating things I need to do.

Wow last comment was two years ago. Sad not more people commenting on these free gifts. Since I've started listening to solvegio scales ⚖ I'm feeling more empowered in my journey. I've used these vibration s for healing and you thing people can literally not guess my age. I stil have a way to go to get my body in harmony working on my endocrine system as I had mercury toxicity and this music pulled me through some dark tunnels u cannot imagine.

I tried a bunch of other vibrations. I know others work for other people, but they didn't for me. This one is really good. I didn't find it annoying or intrusive, but calming and although I should have been - and still should be - doing my homework, I started taking pictures of a live plant in my fish tank that all the sudden I thought was so beautiful. Anyway back to work. PS - I wish there was a way this was longer or I could figure out how to set replay for youtube.

I have difficulty with prayer because I have no visual image of the recipient of the prayer. I've found that as I watch the rich colors of this video I just start speaking to God/Source/Universe and the explosion of the colorful pattern on the screen is like a response to my words. This video is a tool for meditation/prayer and when I remember to watch it right away before I click onto twitter etc. my day goes much better!

I am listening every morning, sometimes twice daily. At first it was challenging, some what painful. I went through a period of headaches, confusion, and irritability during the day. Now it is pleasant and soothing, and my days go well, a good sign my brain has adjusted. It's only been a few days since I discovered this video so I can't say how much it has affected me yet. I am calmer, more relaxed, and focused throughout the day so far Thank you all for being you and doing what you do best!

Decent headphones will boost the effect. But all you really need to do, is the simplest and most common daily activity we live upon: Breathe. Relaxed breathing.

Hahah when people say that time truthfully exists. It's man made, it may exist because of that. But this universe isnt dependent on time. Time is an illusion and the laws of quantum entanglement or quantum physics proves it. If I drop a cup and it breaks it's not because of time, but gravity. So other than looking at your clock, tell me how time exists.

Nah, I don't get it. If nobody knew what anything was, everything would still go on. It's not just time. If you wanna say that time is manmade, then you might as well call yourself a god at the same time.
time is a phenomenon that exists in the past and future, which we move thru or it moves through us via the present, we call it time and gave it a specific heart beat that can be expressed in milisecs seconds minutes hours days etc.. probably only relevant to us, the earth or maybe the solar system in this fashion or expression of time. so you could say there is such a thing as an imperical aspect of time. I think this has to do with quantum physics. Im pretty sure im just reiterating what you guys are saying...ultimately im just writing this because its fun..

Well I love it; and I now know how to use it. We listen only to the point of our head; and very small amouts of the sound gets inside our bodies. So, I have found out that; if you become aware of the sound at a deeper level; and relax all the tention and just allow the sound to flow very naturally from the head all the way to the tips of our toes. If you learn to guid the sound you can place it in the places you need it most. Relax and feel the sound within you past the head.
Excellent music. I literally feel my feet vibrating. I was surprised because I was listening with my studio headphones, and when I felt my feet vibrating I thought "Oh, I must've left the speakers on and with high volume, I'm making a racket", but I wasn't.

Study your dogs and cats closely they react to this kind of music it is mostly subtle facial gestures or eye contact. Animals are smarter than we humans give them credit for.
