I love how the knuckler can change the fundamentals of pitching. RA is the only pitcher who can get away with throwing a 70mph curve ball high in the zone. For a microsecond the batter's like "oh, he fucked up! No movement knuckleball coming my way! HELL!YES!" *ball drops* , *WHIFF* "FUCK!"

R.A. totally owning the Rays and the Orioles, two hits and 25 strikeouts in those 2 games.

If you make a 2011 video, can you show longer footage of the strikeout victims sulking back to the dugout? I enjoy watching the despair on their face. And thanks for not adding your own soundtrack.

Damn! Most of the strikeouts were on pitches between 75 and 80 mph! When I was 15 y/o, my best fastball was clocked at 73 mph. Of course, I wasn't able to improve that velocity as I got older, and it didn't have the movement of Dickey's knuckler.
The most amazing part of Dickey's 2012 season was the absurd 54 total walks in 233.2 IP!

Guy can throw a knuckler between 55-80 miles per hour. Even if you know what pitch is coming, now you have to also have to guess where the ball is going to go, but what velocity it's being thrown at.

I don't know much about baseball, but that pitch to dismiss Bryce Harper (134) is a thing of beauty.

This is hilarious! I used to be a knuckleballer in high school and would literally crack up laughing on the mound how stupid it made some batters look
