Hi Ms. Kris, I wanted to send a RUclips video that I found about a year ago. I can't find it. I started looking a week or so ago. It was a video of a tall Lass, standing at the end of a hallway, playing a shamisan better and faster than I have ever see before. It was Beni Ninagawa, at age between high school and joining Wagakki Band. I suspect it could have been used as an audition tape to secure her place in the Band. Anyways, that audition video led to the one that you just viewed. Anyways, Ms. Beni Ninagawa has her own RUclips channel to Subscribe to. It has music of course, but also cooking, recipes and other activities. I recommend it wholeheartedly. " Wagakki Band " is like a miniature K.T., but totally different. d:)

女性の弾いていたパンジョーのような楽器は三味線です。
日本の青森地方に伝わる、津軽三味線という速弾きの奏法があります。
何処かロックに馴染みますね、
やはり三味でブルース風演奏をしている、NorikoTADANOさんという女性がいます。
海外のイベントなどで地道に活動しています。
是非とも聴いてみてください。

ブルース風と言うより カントリー風で注目されはじめてるみたいだけど
