Once you've set your password *THEN* you set up or message...or not. The number that is *in* your phone settings *IS* the actual VoiceMail Box number. When you call it from your phone, it will guide you through the prompts. Once he guided me (there) I could figure out the rest and didn't need to watch the whole video. It was quick fast and easy after that.
